Nairaland / General / I Suffered Depression In Chime’s Hands – Ex-wife by ajibaby2: 11:03pm On Dec 21, 2013
The estranged wife of Governor
Sullivan Chime of Enugu
State, Mrs Clara Chime,
yesterday opened up on her
widely publicized alleged
‘mental illness’ and
recounted her ordeal in
confinement at the
Government House, Enugu.
Mrs. Chime, who spoke in
an exclusive interview with
Channels Television, said
she “suffered from
depression” as a result of
her ordeal in the hands of
Gov. Chime.
But she denied having any
mental issues.
It would be recalled that at
an interactive session with
journalists in Enugu last
month, Gov. Chime had
denied the claim made by a
Human Rights activist and
lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana
(SAN), on behalf of Mrs.
Chime, that she was being
held against her will and
kept incommunicado from
the outside world.
Gov. Chime then said his
wife “has some medical
challenges and it would be
very unkind of me to talk
about her condition on the
pages of newspapers”.
He added: “We’ve been
battling her health
challenges prior to my
inauguration in 2011. It was
so bad at a time that she
had to be taken out of the
Governor’s Lodge for
treatment”, but he denied
ever imprisoning her.
Mrs. Chime, who was
eventually ejected from the
Government House, Enugu,
following the negative
publicity that trailed her
ordeal, said she is “now
liberated” and thanked
Nigerians for their support
while her ordeal lasted.
She said: “He (Gov.Chime)
accused me of so many
things, like he told the
whole world that I had
mental problem; he told
people that my friends are
into diabolical stuff.
“I don’t know where he got
that from. That is why I
don’t know what to say
about my husband.
“All I can tell him is that I
wish him all the best in this
life and the life to come
because he is the father of
my son.”
She said she was happy to
regain her freedom.
“I’m just happy. I just
couldn’t believe that one
day I would be myself or be
happy this way.
“I’ve gained a lot of weight.
I’m going to get back to my
normal size. It’s the drug
that they gave me that
caused this. The doctor in
the UK told me that it was
wrong medication because
that is not what I’m
suffering from.
“I’m suffering from reactive
depression. If your husband
is not there for you, nobody
is there for you, my dear
you will break down”, she
said.

I understand your fear but you just have to take risk in life as rightly stated. I have no fear for the venture but fear in 'balancing account' but we all have to put our fear aside and strongly believe in this together or else we aint going far with this fear syndrome. Rise up to the task ahead prospective partners, if we believe it we will achieve it. Nevertheless, if you totally disagree with Funclub's view, voice your opinion here let's clarify issue. We need to be on the same page for things to work. @Fan Club, great job you're doing out there, keep it up!

Business / Re: Interested Partners For Importation Business Meeting Zone by ajibaby2: 9:27am On Aug 04, 2013
Am a passive follower of your thread. I just have to commend your determination and passion to create a niche in the biz world. I would have loved to be a part of it but distance is a barrier for me. I wish you all the best in this endeavour but i would like to advice you to thread with caution. You need people of like minds who also share in this great vision. In addition, you need to make it more professional as someone rightly stated earlier. Finally cash in on your areas of specialization and experience. You may have members who are into accounting, law etc. to discharge duties in line with their specialty. Don't make it 'an anyhow biz'. Make it more professional as possible and above all keep it away from 'the greedy and hungry hands'. Keep it up, bruv! Fly high, u're going higher.

This is a spiritual battle that should not be fought physically. The pastor should know that. I also heard the case of a corp member that got married to a fulani. She publicly told her parent she was not going with them because she has found her hubby, a cattle rearer. A sensible person will know that someone in her right senses will not seek to dine with the devil especially when you are aware of the outcome which is HELL. She needs our prayer right now.

Chrisvicmall:

Sorry for the broken watch. Please take the picture of the broken watches and send an email to us. As for the incomplete tell us how many pieces you received and we will cross check.

Regarding receiving your Friday, it is not possible. We only ship products on Fridays and it is not possible that you will receive it the same day. I guess it is a misunderstanding.
It's right after all that you give preferential treatment to some selected fews. I have sent several mails, made calls without any positive feed back. You are making me feel it's a deliberate act not to resolve this. Even your agent in Lagos are not helping. After discussing issue with them, they take me to square one of what we had already discussed. Next week will be exactly a month i made my order, you have even ruined the biz for me b'cos my customers have lost interest after so many promises of bringing samples at different occassions.
N.B. It seems there is a communication gap between you and your agent in Lagos. The day i finally got the goods after so much stress caused by your agent in Lagos. Infact, that's another story for another day. I discovered at the park that the content wasn't what i ordered for. On calling Ifeanyi he told me to go with the goods, i refused and explain the cost of transportation from Gobinson office to my house. He reasoned with me and asked me to write his name and phone no. on the goods. I have spent more than i bargained for without any positive feedback. The purpose of ordering this goods has been defeated, there is no point pressing you anymore.

Hi Chrisvicmall.
My username is Madametrendy. I made a complain about the goods you sent that it wasn't mine. I have made several unreturned calls. I spoke with Elena yesterday and she told me she was busy that she would call back which she never did. I have made several frantic calls to her which she is not picking. I have sent several mails also. I have not gotten any positive response from you guys, your service is really crappy. I made my order since on the 27th of june using normal shipping. Am yet to receive my goods, i just received the free shipping order which i did six days after that of Chrisvmall. I have spent more than i bargained for just to keep in touch with my goods. I just wasted my money in patronising your service. I would have ordered
all my goods for free shipping and would have received it along side the others. My customers are pressurizing me. Anyway, It's already too late to cry when the milk is split. I want to know when my order will get to me, CHRISVICMALL.
Business / Re: Do It Yourself Importation Guide Free - Season 2 by ajibaby2: 4:25pm On Jul 18, 2013
Standing5: 1) Please i want to know how flexible the shipping options are. Can i specify an address that's not Lagos i.e Asaba, Enugu or Jos and still get my orders delivered with such precision? If not what's the process of moving such goods like and or how far do the various shipping option go within Nigeria.

2) How reliable is Alieexpress generally speaking?

3) This one is more of a suggestion. Seeing that the thread, beginning from season 1 might be considered too long to go through why don't the Mods of this thread and section creates a list of FAQ and corresponding answers, and maybe post after every three pages of reply to reduce redundancy of questions and make the thread neater?
The problem with Nigerians is that they get lazy when it comes to reading. Read through the previous season, you will be glad you did.

halmat: Here is a tip on how to raise capital i got from patrick ogidi as a subascriber, its called other peoplel's money, though not tested yet by me due to my low courage, bt av seen people saying it works, just that you have to use your head and look as a coperate body while approaching your customer. Here is the culled version.....
Here's how it works, in step by step.
Step 1- You get a picture of a product from any of the import portals (don't worry, we shall get to that!)
Step 2- Make sure it's a product that's hot indemand... like the one I demonstrated here
Step 3- Show the picture to as many people you think would need it as possible. I love starting with people I've got some kind of relationship with - relatives, friends, colleagues at work, classmates etc, especiallythose already in the business of selling the product or similar stuffs, or people that are likely to need the product.
Chances are that they jump at the product and possibly demand to have some.
Step 4- Tell them, you currently have a link to bring in the product as much as you want, but... That you're currently busy, but can help the person bring in some if he/she likes it and is ready right away.
Chances are that, they'll jump at it and give you some money to get the stuff for them. Atleast 1 out of every 5 persons you contact, so long you have a very good and appealing product.
Step 5- Name your price... making sure you make enough profits, but don't be greedy. For me, I ensure I’ll be making 100% profit or more.
Once they pay, import the stuff for them and smile home with your profits.
This works great. Don't belittle the efficacy ofthis tip.
I remember using this to make over N150k in pure profit helping small a boutique owner in Imo state University junction, Owerri bring in some 'female weight loss pants'
Am into that too, it really help a great deal. Am importing the slimming pants too. pls, I would like to know the amount you sold out to the reseller. I have done my price list but would want to be fair in my price list.

yakubea: This crime was not committed through nairaland, why using it to trace the criminal.your brother made mistake by trusting an in-law in a nigeria of today.one cannot trust one"s wife talkless of in-law. You can go back to the bank to trace the guy where your brother transfered money to them.they will be caught even though they have closed the account. It is a big lesson to all of us who want easy money without work.i wish your brother quick recovery from scam shock
They are not his in laws they are impostor, probably they got some of his information somewhere and now used it to exlploit him. @ op, i shared in your plight, same thing happened to my aunt few years back, same story here was what they told her. She had to even borrow money from what she had then to clear the invisible containers. It was after the ordeal we got to know the full story. She almost died of high blood pressure because then she was pregnant. Thank God, she has gone past that now but one thing i know is that there is no peace for the wicked. The God of vengeance shall avenge.

2fishes: ChrisVicMall, you guys should get more hands and stop tarnishing your reputation here in Nigeria. Ifeanyi cannot do the job of delivery alone. There have been too many complaints about his services, thats to tell you he can't satisfy every customer the same way. This would be the last time i'll be giving you this advice, in your own interest.
I have same problem too. I have been calling the Ifeanyi of a guy to send my goods. He's not picking. This is getting too far. My patience is running out. CVM, you have to do something.

Am a silent follower of this thread. I cannot but comment on this. I give kudos to the originators of this thread. Who have changed lives through their selfless service in introducing this to improve the status of youth especially the unemployed. El mateo, Surveycash and others i can't remember their names. God bless u. And to those of you who use this as an avenue to make e book. You are reaping where you did not sow. You are bold to write it that the infos are from here. ' common teacher what legacy are u laying for your students. That's intellectual theft.
It's so mundane of you to get an info free of charge and resort to selling it. You can sell your products but not the free info you got from here it is unfair to the contributors of this thread.
