Now that explains why naira is stable at 1500

Because based on the money printed under Tinubu we should be at 2200 to a dollar minimum

My prediction is still a dollar to 3500 by 2027

APC as a party know nothing about economics

Without anything of value backing up that currency, it will crash below 3500 before that time, except they return to the old ways of buffering it with external reserves and loans.

This isn't Rocket Science.

Innoson should make something for the average earners if he wants to b generally acceptable

Like he should build a car that is very durable, fuel friendly for commercial transport

Only politicians can’t make him big

Even Benz have a car for d masses

For people who stay in Ibadan n some part of south west, Micra is very common n it’s used both as private n commercial they don’t need politicians to buy n they sell like pure water

Does Rolls-Royce cater to the average earners or big spenders?!!

Is Lamborghini producing for average people?!!

Even Benz has no brand that middle earners can afford.

The last time this nation had an Industrial action of this magnitude was during GEJ's administration after he removed duel subsidy.

The current President of this country was at the forefront of that idiotic Industrial action and national protest.

You see why Nigeria will never be well When your likes can't face the truth and speak it out ..

Before you foam all over the place... Answer this simple question:

Did Peter Obi secure his families' future outside Nigeria?!! Yes or No?!!

helinues:

Initially, it should have been around N150k and then FG, private sectors can come up with their own minimum wage.

But how do you discuss about something so ridiculous like N500k as minimum wage.

Could you believe some states in Nigeria are still paying N18k as minimum wage as they couldn't afford N30k.

Are those states not part of those who are expected to pay above N100k minimum wage?

Of course they are.

You see, NLC is more interested in scoring personal political points.

They are clearly not truly concerned about the working class.

Even a child knows their demands are downright laughable.

However, I still insist that the FG have not come clean in this whole process.

Another 8 years of experimenting, tinkering, and borrowing 'unpayable' loans.

FG Tabled N48k, Private sectors tabled N54k but labour in their own cleverly way tabled N500k

Okay... Thanks for the insight.

Labor is clearly aiming for the skies. They are being ambitious.

Personally, 80K to 100K would and should do just fine.

Asking for more than 100k means Labor clearly wants to damage the fragile economy irrevocably.

Most of the states suppose to be merged with other neighbouring states as they are non productive.

They are just drains on our commonwealth.

Too much money in circulation will lead to inflation.

NLC should address how the value of our currency could be strengthened with the govt

NLC is simply dragging based on the excesses of the government.

After one year in office, in what ways have the government made effort to drastically cut down on expenditures?!!

How much are those in top positions taking home as salaries and allowances?!!

How much is being used to subsidise Religious pilgrimage?!!

How much was spent on white elephant projects?!!

If you claim the nation is broke, where are the billions being used to fund the lifestyles of government officials coming from?!!

Where are the funds for medical tourism coming from?!!

You are not being realistic with your N474k demand. If Labour union table N100k, FG would negotiate to what they, state and Private sectors can pay

Make una be reasonable for once

Nah... You simply don't understand how negotiations work.

If Labor had tabled 100k, FG would push for 50k (Middle ground), and this would have been a far cry from what NLC is seeking for workers under this horrible regime.

Labor is being unrealistic, yes... But, FG is not being reasonable either.

Asking that workers accept 50 - 60k in an economy where food items prices are off the roof makes no sense whatsoever.

How is it that Tinubu’s government doesn't know what a proper living wage should be?!!

There is no way this strike couldn't have been averted if both parties had met at a middle ground with all cards laid on the table of negotiation.

Meaning people are likely dying of hunger, but the mass media is covering it up.

Well, if things don't miraculously change soon (yes, only a miracle can save this nation now), the crime rate will be unspeakable.

This is the bitter truth. The sooner we accept it, the better for us. This shut down is obviously indirectly shooting the masses on the leg, not the intended target of the upper class.

Exactly what I said earlier...!

NLC, ASUU, and others always target the suffering masses with their strikes.

Their aim is to worsen an already bad situation knowing fully well that their actions have no direct effect on those they are battling.

Such tactics would have been very effective if Nigeria were a United nation like Japan, France, America, etc.

In these nations, the threat of strike is enough to make all leaders sit up... They know their nations will burn since the citizens won't accept the inconveniences of the strikes.

But in Nigeria, Tinubu and his forty thieves can afford to party and even tour the world... They know most Nigerians would be too divided to take up the baton from Labor unions and revolt.

Nigeria's lack of unity will keep this nation perpetually backwards.

Nigerians are the bane of Nigeria!!!

Nigeria has 5 times more farmers than most top food producing nations like Ukraine.

Even if everyone starts farming (dumb and impractical), this nation will still suffer food crisis and inflation due to poor leadership.

Selective grid shutdown...

Deceiving themselves while making the poor masses suffer.

I feel the idea of strike in Nigeria is to make the already suffering masses suffer more, with the hope that they will revolt against their leaders.

Cos the strikes rarely ever affect the lives of those in office or those connected to them.

A proper industrial action should see even the elites bleed!

When France went on strike, their President couldn't sleep or preside.
