Ive been living in Russia for 5 yr now,not the best place to live neither is it the worse. It also depends on the city you reside in and what you are there for.Moscow is the best place for a foreigner though its very expensive n the competition is very high, there are so many smaller cities that are not Sochi,Krasnodar,Rostov,Veronish,Ekaterinadar, etc the language is difficult but if ur a fast learner like me that wont be a problem. |

do u think ur sisters will ever forgive u or trust you?u should be really ashamed of urself, you can end up breaking the 2 families up.put ur self in ur sisters position,no good can come out of these relationships. my advice STOP now n pray ur sisters forgive u when they find out,oh yes they will find out someday somehow.go to the person who everybody respects in ur family, tell him or her the full story.then call a family meeting with the person n ask for forgiveness from everybody,ur definitely not gonna get forgiven immediately but with time, constant begging, really showing ur sorry and Gods help u will be forgiven. Its far better ur family hears the story from you than from any1 else, cos if they hear it from some1 else they will think ur still doing it and ur not sorry for what u did. Wish u luck n hope u do the right thing.God Bless. |

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/africa/9060018.stm Fifa has suspended Nigeria from international competition because of government interference in the sport. The decision was taken on Monday after several members of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) were hauled before the law courts. Fifa rules prohibit any government intervention with its members. "The Fifa Emergency Committee decided today, to suspend the NFF with immediate effect on account of government interference," Fifa said. "During the period of suspension, the NFF will not be able to be represented in any regional, continental or international competitions, including at club level, and also not in friendly matches," the Fifa statement added. Nigeria's ban from international football leaves their weekend's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Guinea in Conakry in doubt. The world governing body said the ban follows a bid by Nigeria's Minister of Sports to restart the league without relegations from the previous season. The decision by the Nigeria Sports Commission to force the NFF's secretary-general Musa Amadu to stand down from his position did not go down well with Fifa. A court action barring the newly-elected members of the NFF also drew the ire of the world governing body. The NFF board led by Aminu Maigari has not been able to operate because a Lagos High Court ruled that the elections that brought him to power in August were null and void. A group known as the National Association of Nigerian Footballers (NANF) dragged the newly-elected board of the NFF to court for allegedly defying a court not to proceed with the polls of 26 August. Subsequently, Nigerian Fifa committee member executive Amos Adamu, NFF president Maigari, his vice-president, Mike Umeh as well as acting secretary-general of the NFF, Musa Amadu were hauled before the court. The NFF has been dogged by controversies since the team's elimination in the first round of the World Cup in South Africa in June. |

Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has agreed to visit Nigeria for seven days to educate Nigerian coaches on modern tricks of the round leather game and the best way to identify hidden talents in the country. This was the outcome of his meeting with Nigerian officials on Thursday at the Redisson Hotel, Sandton, Johannesburg. Wenger met with the Nigerian representatives led by the Chairman of the National Sports Commission, Alhaji Ibrahim Bio. Others at the meeting were the Director-General of the NSC, Patrick Ekeji, and a former skipper of the Super Eagles, Austin Okocha. After the meeting, Ekeji told our correspondent that the deliberations went well with Wenger. Ekeji said, “Wenger is passionate about Nigerian football and he believes we can do better in the future if we work towards that. “He has agreed to be with us to give our coaches useful tips to help our young players. Football development is vital and we just have to embrace it. “We know that Wenger is a coach that grooms young players and that is what we are looking at in Nigeria at the moment.” Wenger however urged Bio to contact the management of Arsenal for a convenient time that will be fixed for the programme. “The meeting was okay and I believe we can work it out soon,” he said. http://www.punchng.com/Articl.aspx?theartic=Art201006251483489 |

Nigeria captain Kanu has warned Argentina not to write them off ahead of their opening World Cup match in Johannesburg. Pompey’s striker, whose side are in Group B alongside the South Americans, Greece and South Korea, play their opening match against Diego Maradona’s side on June 12, but have one final warm-up game before then – against North Korea tomorrow. Kanu said: “The question is not how will we survive Argentina, but how will Argentina survive us? http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/World-Cup-Nigeria-captain-and-Portsmouth-star-is-confident-ahead-of-his-sides-opening-game-with-Argentina-article448809.html |
