Nigeria was pathetic yesterday.the only player that stood out was osaze odemwingie. okonronkwo and Mikel was our worst players yesterday.Mikel obi had one on one with the Ugandan keeper but took a straight shot in what looked more like a back pass.l was surprised when obodo was replaced for utaka instead of Mikel because the latter was showing signs of tiredness and was becoming more and more absent in midfield and should have been the one to go. seyi was also pathetic yesterday.martins had a quiet game.

Who would have replaced Abbey? Why not Taiye too should have been changed? An Osaze and Makinwa attack to scare who? Why was Olofinjana overworking himself in d 1st half only to fizzle out in d 2nd? Why wait that long to make substitution and how many did we make? Did Kanu dictate when and under what conditions he would play? Then he must be a 'wonderful Patriot' then! Why is Osaze too casual? l am sorry if l upset u superman. but l was just pointing out the obvious.yes Mikel and osaze should have scored at the first half and that should have killed the game for us ,but unfortunately that didn,t happen.but Mikel was very lively in the first half and l still insist that he was our best player yesterday.he provided a fine through ball for john Utaka to have his shot safe early in the game.our problem was the poor tactital approach by the coaching crew and the bad defending by our players.

after a kitty contested first half which ended goalless.poor display by Christian Obed lead to the first goal in the 49th minutes.And barely three minutes later, pathetic defending by Abbey George, whose inadequacies at this level were exposed, lead to the third goal.l still cannot comprehend how a player like George abbey who is played for a division 2 clubside could make it to our nation team.his defending were really pathetic yesterday.only Mikel was lively for the disappointing makeshift Nigerian team yesterday.as for coach,l was sad why he refused to  make changes after we conceded 2 goals in 5 minutes.
