I'l love to expose us all to a beautiful plan of TTC called SPERM MEETS EGG PLAN. Its a plan that works with timing intercourse around a woman's ovulation period thereby helping to achieve pregnancy faster.
The SMEP method ensures you get that shot at conception by literally making sure the sperm and egg have every opportunity to meet each and every cycle. This plan takes care of lapses that occur due to improper timing of bding and this is very vital in ttc

In order to ensure sperm and egg meet, you will BD every other day starting on the eighth day of your cycle. The timing of this is based on how long sperm live, realistically 3 to 5 days under ideal conditions. On the tenth day of your cycle you will begin daily testing with OPKs (ovulation prediction kits) and upon receiving a positive OPK you will BD 3 more days in a row. Skip one day and give it one more try.

Retroverted uterus means the uterus is tipped from the regular position of the average woman.though the condition is quite common as well.but its not a problem in achieving conception. Like @pintoxx said, unlike the average woman that's advised to lie on her back after BD, a woman with retroverted uterus is advised to lie face down and raise her bum up with a pillow . Or you could use a menstrual cup to keep the little swimmers in. You can insert that after BD and remove the next morning or after 2 hours if it makes you uncomfortable. Just relax,its not a problem

@me_me,you shouldn't use all the anti-inflammatories,just pick one or two of them. You can use blackseed oil and EPO. If you don't get blackseed oil, you can use flaxseed.but stop EPO after O. And continue with flaxseed till the end of your cycle . Castor oil is on its own.it shouldn't be consumed.you use it as a hot compress on your pelvic region. The prices vary according to brands.so I can't really tell. For the blackseed oil,the one I use is about 1500,the olive oil is about 800. EPO is about 1200-1500. Hope this helps

@me_me, for the things you can tell your dh to get for you, ACV is one.apple cider vinegar with mother,its usually written on the bottle.preferably braggs or GNC , any of these anti-inflammatories: flaxseed oil. Evening primrose oil, blackseed oil,extra virgin olive oil(preferably cold-pressed and in tinted bottle). You can also get castor oil. So that you can do the castor oil therapy. Castor oil therapy is excellent for adhesions.(I forgot to mention it earlier) you can read back on the procedure.
You can also get maca or BSM. Preferably maca, because it nourishes the endocrine and keeps the hormones in check.for the enzyme therapy,I haven't seen both wobenzym and serrapeptase in Nigeria so far.so you may have to order them online or via a third party company.

@hopeful,glad to know you're fine. As per the kolanut bark,I haven't seen anything promising. Bottom line is,research is still on-going on it. But personally, I'm put off it for the fact that its main ingredient is caffeine.which is a stimulant and also not so good for ttc. It also contains tannins which is an anti-nutrient and could become toxic at high levels.other compounds associated with tannins are suspected to be carcinogenic (cancer-inducing) so, for these,I'm not really down with it except its proven otherwise. I believe with more research, we'l get more facts on it.

@Onose01 and @honiepiegirl, the dosage for acv is 2 teaspoons in about 25 cl of warm water. You can mix with honey if you wish to make the taste more pleasant. That's about the quantity of that small 25cl coke.I don't know if that bottle is still in circulation.
For BSM, its a tablespoon of bsm diluted in warm water.
Note the tea and tablespoon pls
Acv is best sipped at intervals or taken with a bendy straw to ensure minimal contact with the teeth.
And pls drink lots of water to assist flushing of the system.
@udoka, the docs can tell the difference by the apperance of the cysts and size and also the number and time of the cycle. I expect that the info will have been given to her

I'l like to remind us of the benefits of exercise to TTC.
Moderate exercise is a good natural fertility treatment when combined with a balanced and nutritious diet. Exercise can help you to maintain a healthy body weight. Excess body fat can increase the amount of estrogen in your body,throwing the female fertility cycle out of balance.
Exercise helps to burn off this excess body fat allowing hormone levels to return to normal. It also improves circulation around the body especially the uterus which prevents stagnation and helps the heart pump blood actively. It is best not to overdo exercise though. Low impact aerobic workouts like walking, swimming, cycling etc are best.
Tips: walk for about 20mins 3X a week
Use the stairs rather than the elevator

I want to recommend it as a substitute for composed multi-vitamins and to aid ovulation with good eggs. Since its a superfood.I'l go ahead as she doesn't have immune issues.
For your immunes,have you looked into using a combo of wobenzym N and dong quai? They are good immune supressants and encourage implantation. Even tribulus .T I'm making efforts to identify and locate the plant cos it grows here in Nigeria. Its good we make use of what we have and encourage people to embrace it.
Also,have you done the test that checks for the culprit cells that prevent implantation?I'v forgotten the name of the test.it was mentioned in one of dr sher's articles.I'l look it up and give the name later.

Ginger is beneficial to all but especially helpful for people with inflammatory conditions such as endometriosis, adhesions, certain types of cysts, fibroids etc. A little quantity of ginger goes a long way because its dense in antioxidants,vitamins,minerals,amino acids etc
Tips; make a ginger tea by grating an inch or half of fresh ginger and infuse in hot water,add honey and you're good to go.
