it is the exact copy from the developer but you won't get the licence key to activate it.

that is the only issue. most themes doesn't necessarily prevent you from using them without activating with licence. you can use them without licence but you won't get automatic update and support from the developer. that is one thing that makes people to go for licence but aside that you can use it and manually update it when these is new update.

She advised I start November 2019.
Her reason was that the institution want to add a course (taxation) from skill stage to knowledge stage, she said even if I pass the knowledge stage exam that I wouldn't b going to the skill stage until I pass the new course that will be added to knowledge stage in November.

It very sad that we re losing our youths everyday while in a sane world they re protected, her death was avoidable.
