Let me tell you the step
1. Using your individual email address (optional) send an email to your school registrar

2. Attach your Bsc or MSc certificate and transcript soft copy
3. Attach your contact details
4. Request that they confirm the genuity of your Bsc/MSc certificate and send the outcome to ess@education.gov.ng and cc: laurethapa@yahoo.com

Please note the respective schools/registrar should send the outcome of the confirmation directly to ess@education.gov.ng and (Cc) laurethapa@yahoo.com in copy

The challenges you might face
1. Have helped a lot of people to send mail to there schools for the confirmation letter, while some schools responds, some schools doesn't sometimes we have to go as far as calling the registrar of the school over the phone

2. Some schools exorbitant fee for confirmation is high
3. How will you know when the school have responded
4. How will you know when the ministry release the names of person and schools that have responded by sending there confirmation, because eMOE refresh there emails everyday let's say for example the school said they already respond to Moe and Moe didn't release Ur name on there register that means you have to start afresh again

That's why I do tell people it doesn't worth the stress and also is not a must a confirmation letter must be send to the two emails it can be sent to any of them

For masters. Ensure you authenticate and verify everything possible. To avoid regrets because you won’t want to pay verification fee twice

Contact your schools first via email and guide them to respond to the MOE provided emails.
Follow up to ensure you get the date of their response. You’ll need that date at the ministry.

Hi House, like someone suggested here. We can just authentication other documents for family at once .
If I am not wrong, the documents relating to family members are only marriage certificate and Date of birth (Affidavit at high court). Thanks

Try to differentiate between verification and legalization, you documents can't be sent to the embassy form your school, if your school doesn't give transcript the transcript has to be sent to the office of the director and if you need your transcript when it gets there, there's a way it can be takenn out

Hi Do you mean we can go directly to MOE with our transcript? Because I already have mine in my hand. Or do we still need to go to the university to inform them to send details to MOE

Questions:
For my Degree and transcript, will I go to MOE directly or my University first?

Can I consider my family in the application process or I go first and they come later through reunion?

If the above is possible, then I assumed I have to include our marriage certificate and the birth certificate of my wife and kid.

There is no start date on the FEA and it is valid for 6 months, your company can give you a temp start date if they are willing to wait it doesn't really matter because they can revise this.

Just got my visa. Berlin bound. Took 17 days after the interview (including 1st oct and weekends) in total.

Normally your company / employer in Germany will have to fill a form called stellenbeschreibung.

It describes the kind of work that you going to do in Germany with this company. it explains how many hours you're going to work, how your salary is going to be and all that.

Your company can send it to the Bundesagentur für Arbeit in der City and they will decide, if they approve the working permit. That's the way I know it. I don't know if one can apply for working permit without having a certain company to work with
