Mr president ended up saying nothing,all I deduce from the speech is a chasing of shadow instead of reality,for instance the president said he brought incentive to encourage the farmers,was it lack of incentive or insecurity that discourage the farmers from going to farmed?the best way to solve a problem is getting to the root not the branches.

2 the environ is always noisy
3 dirty toilet and bathroom
4 children raise in this kind of setting are likely to be wayward
5 you dear not left ur doors open, after visiting my uncle in this kind of setting I decided not to leave nor raise my children in this kind of setting
