Congrats, pls kindly let us know how long it took you to receive response after submitting your application. I submitted mine on the 20th of July and up till now i havent received any info about it. How were u contacted when the result was out? wishing u success in the UK.


it took the BHC 10 days to get to me and what i did was to keep tracking my application online. i submitted mine on the 12th of july and got it 10 days lter.

@justwise, please am about to fill the Uk student Visa Application form but i want to know whether is only this forms am to fill: VAF 9 and PBS APPENDIX8 GENERAL STUDENT because some told me that i should fill the VAF3a for prospective student.

Thing is you can still use the account for your salary and withdrawals as long as the money does not go below the stipulated amount you are required to have, it is even better the account shows some level of transaction activities. But remember that the stipulated amount should be in the account for 28 days before you submit your application even if other transactions are taking place on the account.

Justwise said to ask your employer to pay you by cheque, I doubt if any employer will do that especially if it is a big corporation you work for, but if you try that and it works, fine if not just stick to what I have said above. I asked around before replying so is not just my opinion

Thanks for the response but at the moment i have the required money in my account but the account also serves as my salary account which means that my employer will pay into it at the end of the month so what do you suggest.
