Thanx brothers for all ya help.Problem solved completely courtesy of a kind brotha in d computer room.here's what i did: i did a hard reset i.e pressing and holding the Green(answer) button + asterisk(*) + the 3 key all at d same time while i switched on d phone, men it wasn't easy o but thank God my phone is back though my contacts are gone.i'll be more careful next time.thanx again y'all.one luv!

I downloaded a file this morning and after that my phone freezed i removed the battery and put it back but my phone now boots only to remain on the nokia display all day long,it has refused to start up.please help me,what do i do?
