Literature / The Power Of Transparency And Integrity by Iwonsabi: 5:30pm On May 04, 2020
TRANSPARENCY AND INTEGRITY

Some months ago, I met a decent and very interesting guy who always preach integrity as his watchword and core value. No doubt, my new friend was an interesting fellow to be with, he’s got a promising future, dedicated, hardworking and focused.

This guy is so intelligent and full of great ideas. His words are motivating and encouraging. Have you heard him speak sonorously as he carefully make a right and ideal choice of words to convey his messages while his consent doesn’t fail to confederate with his action? He acts whatever he speaks and optimally ensures his word makes his bond.

You see, within a few month of staying with him, I already know the true value and importance of transparency and integrity.

Is there anyone who doesn’t use mirror or haven’t seen a mirror before? Definitely NO!

Life is like a mirror, it holds no lie. You can’t rub your face with oil to see your face filled with water in the mirror. Mirror clearly show whatever you display, so also is life generally. If you throw your face to a blurry mirror, you will definitely behold a blurry face in the mirror.

The law of mirror speaks of you reaping whatever you sow and also help you lie on your bed just as you laid it. Mirror doesn’t lie - that is clear transparency and total integrity. Isn’t that amazing and fair enough? Therefore, to make life easier and fair for yourself and others, emulate the mirror. Be true and real to all.

Some people might say truth doesn’t pay but I tell you, it’s the best thing that moves faster than imagined. There’s a saying that if lies move for twenty years (20) in just one second (1) the truth will catch up with it.

Are you a business or career person? Are you an entrepreneur, an employer or employee? A clergy man? Whatever you are or do integrity and transparency is necessary for all. In whatever you do daily, ensure to employ the power of transparency and Integrity. It helps you grow faster, builds you and get you a great reward. Be transparent with your clients and customers!

Have you ever imagined a peaceful and loving world with no pain or sorrow? Have you imagined happiness with no bound? It seems interesting right? But it can only be achieved if all and sundry employ this significant act of integrity. But it start form YOU, think about changing yourself first, if everyone have this mentality, then the word will be a happier and better place.

Literature / How To Live A Meaningful Live by Iwonsabi: 5:18pm On May 04, 2020
I often tell people that I love money and not 'like' money, most times they see me as wild and greedy but anyone who is lucky to hear details about my dreams and how I want to build a meaningful life always get to understand why I love money.

You see, money is very good and interesting. Many will say the love of money is the root of all evil but they always forget to note that the lack of money is the core root of evil. Think about those men that give their families, friends and loved ones to ritualism, what about some men who bury human in their church just for miracles, signs and wonder? How about husband who kill his wife or kids for money?

Can you see that the lack of money is simply the root of all evil?

Money is good and it makes the world go round.

Do you know what it takes to build meaningful lives? Let’s find out here;

It all has to start with YOU. One who has no meaningful life can’t offer to build meaningful lives; you can’t give what you don’t have. Thus, you must learn to make your life meaningful before you embark on the journey of building many other lives meaningfully.

You must also understand that building meaningful lives should be a ‘not-for-profit’. Impacting other lives shouldn’t be for personal profit sake rather a free heart of giving. It’s indeed pertinent to point out here that life is all about giving.

Giving out what you have to help others. Most times when we talk about giving, the first thing that hop into many peoples heart is money, but NO! Giving isn’t necessarily about money; you can give out knowledge, ideas, and information to people.

You see, money is good but information is better, lest you forget, we are in the era of information, 21st century is the era where information birth more money, so, don’t be scared to share your ideas and information with people, an ocean of ideas can never run dry, the more you dish out the more you get new and better ones.

We all know that the act of giving is equal to receiving. If you don’t give out, you will continue to abhor the little you have while they become old and staled and you will have no space to accommodate new and fresh ones, but when you give, you open more room for fresher and better ideas to stay with you.

Give or add value to lives because it’s the best and ever real thing, not because you want to receive or gain something from it.

Literature / Fight the good fight to WIN by Iwonsabi: 7:18pm On May 03, 2020
The pain of today is not worthy to be compared with the joy that will overflow tomorrow. Why not wholeheartedly fight the good fight to WIN?

Patience they say is a virtue but it is foolishness to wait patiently for things to fall in place by itself. Those who wait always end up wasting.

Don't wait to waste.

You're on a battlefield, you don't wait for a bullet to hit you before you fight. You must be prepared, focused and sensitive to fight the good fight to WIN.

You don't wait for things to happen on their own. If you want anything, fight for it. The battle ground is not for the sluggard, it's not for the weak but for the strong and determined.

Desist the habit of comparing yourself with others, your battle is yours and yours only, no one will totally fight it for you because everyone has several battles to fight.

Nothing is completely easy. If you think the battle is easy, ask those soldiers on the battle ground. Experience they say is the best teacher but an evaluated experience teaches you better. Check and evaluate so you can learn.

Don't wait for what you want rather fight for it.

Literature / Define your WHY and reach your goal by Iwonsabi: 7:03pm On May 03, 2020
When I met Moses Obinna, his energy and passion was encouraging as he put in his power to squeeze out a lemon for lemonade.

He devoted his time and life into his newly found business opportunity as he moves from north to south, west to east and from country to another to input the best into his business.

Wow! It’s an admirable passion though but to cut the long story short, Moses left this business vision for something else.

Though many trial and challenges, many unfaithfulness, he was cheated but he allowed other peoples inefficiencies and unfaithful deeds dictates his future in his business opportunity. So, he quit!

Yes, I mean Moses quit his business purpose for something else within 19months. I don’t like to blame Moses but the point here is that Moses has been jumping from one vision to another over a decade, yet nothing to show for it.

What could be his problem? Is Moses unserious or not determined? Let’s find out here;

The core problem is that Moses couldn’t define his ‘WHY’ and reach his goals.

Who are you?

Are you like Moses?

Have you defined your ‘WHY’?

Foreign Affairs / Colonialism, Imperialism Is Over In Africa - Ramaphosa Says As He Takes Over AU by Iwonsabi: 1:12am On Feb 10, 2020
Cyril Ramaphosa, the South African President who has taken over as the new chairman of the African Union, AU as promised to lead a revolution into infrastructure development across Africa, a challenge he said if realised would see an end to all manifestations of colonialism and imperialism on the continent.

On Sunday in Addis Ababa, Ramaphosa took over from Egypt’s Abdel Fatah El-Sisi for the one-year tenure, using his acceptance speech to rail against years of neglect that has rendered Africa a minor player in world trade and also a notorious dumping ground for substandard goods.

He said;

“The era of colonialism and imperialism under which Africa is a pit stop in the global assembly line has passed,”

He further expressed high expectations of the recently-adopted African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). He said its implementation would mark the beginning of prosperity in the continent.

“We are a continent that is rich in natural resources but also in history, intellectual output, culture in its sense of humanity,” he said,

He added that his leadership will kickstart a process that would guarantee an “Africa connected through a vast network of roads and railways, enabling the free movement of goods, people and services.”

The 33rd Summit of the African Unio has been packed with discussions around urgent implementation of AfCFTA, a continent-wide trade treaty adopted in 2018. The treaty has been endorsed by 52 out of the 54 countries that constitute the union and legislative bodies of all the countries have already commenced ratification processes.

“The success of the AfCTA depends on infrastructure development,” Mr Ramaphosa said,

adding that a road would be constructed between Cape Town and Cairo as part of the agenda. A slew of “outstanding issues” around AfCFTA, especially on the definition of what constitutes an ‘African good or service’ would be finalised before the official commencement of the policy, he added.

"Women and youth would also play a major role in driving AfCFTA implementation due to their indispensable potentials for economic mobilit" Ramaphosa said.

“We have heard the calls of the women and the girls of Africa for liberation from the shackles of patriarchy, violence and economic exclusion,”

“Africa must drive a skills revolution and an Africa intelligence forum must be established to include those in the diaspora.”

This year’s AU summit, which has non-African leaders like Antonio Guterres and Canada’s Justin Trudeau in attendance, majorly focused on silencing the guns to foster economic development on the continent.

Literature / Control Your Day by Iwonsabi: 10:18am On Feb 08, 2020
Waking up every morning some things may not always feel right or bad, sometimes you may feel indifferent. It's just the feelings you woke up with.

Either excited or not, there's an urgent need for you to take total responsibility of how you truly want to feel.
You're in charge of your life, you're in control of your feelings and not your feelings in control of you. Every car moves in the direction of the driver because the driver is in control so also does your body and feelings goes wherever you direct.

Did you wake up excited? Keep the enthusiastic mood. Did you wake up moody or sad? Strive for your happiness. A happy mind is a productive one. Out of the abundance of a happy heart, the mouth speaks positively and a mouth full of positivity is the winning one. Because you shall have whatsoever you say. Your mouth is a weapon of change. What ever you confess through it is what you get

Stay up, high and positive all day.

Do you believe in miracles? Hold on to your believe and stay active to take delivery of it. Remember, an idle man is an unproductive man. Stay active.

Romance / Missing My Partner by Iwonsabi: 11:47pm On Feb 07, 2020
Just by the side yet seem afar

Not gone far but close by

Been in pain but none to tell

Feeling some blame yet you yell

Should you anger and not tell?

Should I sing maybe he'll hear me

Should I cry maybe he'll feel me

Or should I smile maybe he'll understand

Though, on a road I stand

But not only with legs but heart

Clinched to a top aright

Teeth and tongue fight

Yet they stay firm altogether

Like a breeze I feel you drifting away

Like in a sieve I want to sift carefully

What is part without ner?

Forthrightly, I don't need you afar

Would you want this heart to break apart?

But If you'd love the mind to mope all night

Keep your word and hold the fights

Like water soften a paper

And as water calms the nerve

So also is music to the heart

As she saves many from any net

Like a wine you gladden the heart

Your power emit joy into any hurt

So strong you build our emotions

And calmly you speak in many directions

The power of music intoxicate like wine

Yet tasty and soothing as honey

Birthing great relief from pain, if any

Music is indeed the spirit of life

So vast you reign in all

Not selective with language nor colours

You dwell with all and dominate

As you make yourself accessible to ALL

Literature / A World Of Study by Iwonsabi: 10:35pm On Feb 07, 2020
In a world

In the world where everything seems to be a study

A world where human body is a logy

A world where civilization seems like a god

Those who refuse to worship now live to face the drum

A world where hearts are designed with lies to build some heights

The same world where all route must lead to money

A world where lack of money looks like no life

Still the same world where hate seems like honey

But like a rollercoaster, the world revolve more

Why soak your heart in the pit of her hurt?

Literature / How To Hit Your Target by Iwonsabi: 10:09pm On Feb 07, 2020
Apparently, nothing is that easy in life . To achieve success you must work for it. Many times we make plans and hope to work them out, we set goals, dream big and really want to hit our targets all in the pursuit of excellence in life.

I'll clearly state here that dreaming big, setting goals, drawing plans are easy things to do. In short they are done freely but how do you achieve your dreams, plans and hit your target?

You see, talk is cheap, plan is cheaper and dream is the cheapest. It's easier to marry words like; 'I will, I can, I want to" etc...such words are full of promises and procrastination. Any one who truly want to be true and real to him/herself shouldn't be married to such words.

Obviously, we know that, to do something is easy but doing it is the main thing. That is where the real problem set in. The word 'doing' is an action word...Therefore, to hit target you must be ACTION ORIENTED. Remember talk is cheap.

It's easy to set goals but what active effort is always put in place to achieve the goals?

There are different types of action.

1. Unproductive action:- You might be activity oriented, doing so many things and yet not productive. Yes! People see you working, you even get salutations for your activities because it's well pronounced and obvious that you're busy. You see, you're simply busy over nothing when it produces no result. No one really cares about effort most times, everyone is concerned with your end result. And remember you can only lie to people but you can't lie to yourself.

2. Productive Action : This action produces glaring results and it is indeed not an easy thing to achieve. To have a productive action, you must be in tune with these 3 C's. You must be;

• committed

• consistent

• confident

You truly need to be true to yourself in the above 3 C's.

Get 100% committed to your action, be consistent with it, don't do it today and leave it tomorrow. Keep doing the right thing consistently, that's where success is because the right thing you consistently do automatically becomes a whole part of you.

And finally you must be confident about your action. With a strong confidence, no negative thought or opinion from friends or family can stop you, fear can never have a place in you and can never reap you off your desire.

Now go on and hit your target.

Literature / Stay Happy To Be Productive by Iwonsabi: 8:12pm On Feb 06, 2020
Waking up on a Friday morning like this, there should be a vessel in your heart pumping out loads of joy in you, thereby exposing you to smiles and laughter all day and all through the weekend. You may be asking why. Yes...there's need to stay joyful because a joyful heart is a thankful heart and a thankful heart always birth a praiseful mouth.

You've got a whole tons of reason to be highly excited. Many want to see this day but couldn't make it, there so many who started the week with you but some are far gone in the grave, some in the morgue, some on life support, some have been held captive, some kidnapped, some are victims of accident...But you are hale and healthy, strong and hopeful.

When there's life they say there's hope. There's only hope for the living and not the death. If you've tried and tried, perhaps fighting a particular battle and yet to win, you need to remain thankful because there's still hope of winning as long as you're living.

Therefore, give thanks for this great day, appreciate God for every minutes he's giving you to breathe freely.

Keep on fighting, keep believing, keep trusting...your victory is near and you will smile. It takes just one turn around and all your past struggles will be forgotten. Hold on! Hold out! Your joy shall be full.

Stay excited because a joyful heart is always productive. Being sad makes you unproductive.

Do have a joyful evening.

Literature / Be Glad You Were Disappointed by Iwonsabi: 8:03pm On Feb 06, 2020
When i was still little in my primary and junior secondary classes, there used to be a small fashion designing shop at my left hand side on my way home whenever I'm returning from school or from an errand. There used to be a boldly written sentence at the front of the shop that says. 'EVERY DISAPPOINTMENT IS A BLESSING; SAYS ORUMA"

Then I was still little and there's no day I pass by the shop without reading it....I used to ponder what exactly the sentence meant. I will continue to ask myself how disappointment is a blessing indeed and also wonder who the so-called Oruma is (lol)

When I grew older, then I realised truly that disappointment is a blessing.

Most times we don't get to see the blessings immediately because we are carried away with the pain we get from the disappointment.

There are numerous times I have been disappointed by friends, its indeed very painful but after some months I will end up thanking God for the disappointment because my eyes becomes open to some dangers, issues or problems I might have encountered if those friend did what I asked of them and I always bless God I was disappointed.

Whenever you're disappointed by friends or family, don't get too emotional with it.

You have to understand that sometimes there's need to be disappointed so as to get appointed.

Every disappointment is a stepping stone to your place of appointment.

Therefore, count it all joy when you're disappointed knowing fully that it's simply preparing you for your appointment.

Health / How To Avoid Belly Fat by Iwonsabi: 6:58pm On Feb 05, 2020
Belly fat can be so discomforting. Some woman have been tagged pregnant just because of their big belly while some men push around with big belly.

Many get discomfort via this belly fat and start to wear all sort of tight materials or girdles just to hide the fat and help them stay in shape when going out.

I can't imagine the discomfort in wearing girdle or belly trimmers. Some are so tight that the person can hardly breathe freely.
Life is good when you're not under any body part pressure.
Here are few steps;

1. Avoid overfeeding
2. Avoid heavy late night food
3. Avoid lying down immediately after eating
4. Eat 3-4hours before your bed time
5. Reduce your intake of fatty food
6. Never skip exercise (minimum of 3-4 times weekly for about minimum 40 minutes daily)
7. Drink enough water daily
8. Fill your plates with more healthy fruits and vegetables
9. Never fail to detoxify yourself frequently.

Literature / You Must Find The Place Inside Yourself Where Anything Is Possible by Iwonsabi: 6:46pm On Feb 05, 2020
You must believe you can. You must find the place inside yourself where anything is possible.

It starts with a dream.

Add confidence, and it becomes a belief. Add commitment, and it becomes a goal in sight.

Add action, and it becomes a part of your life.

Add determination and time, and your dream becomes a reality.

When you get in a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, Never Give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.

Health / How To Live Right by Iwonsabi: 6:13pm On Feb 05, 2020
Sometimes ago I had a friend worrying and asking if there's anyway to live right amidst all the do's and don't spreading wide and fast via social media platforms.

Apparently, the series of broadcast messages on health and lifestyle got her panicking and confused, probably because no research is completely correct. Today you read a different research on a particular way of dieting and tomorrow you read something different.

We all know the world is advancing fast and daily like its in a competition. But nonetheless, living healthy and right is a great concern for all.

I won't write long epistles on 'the How', rather i will simply list few basic things to do. Here are three basic and simple ways to live healthy and right.

Everything is easy if you believe. Thus, get your mind set aright while you;

1. EAT healthy food daily in the right proportion and remember that too much of everything is bad therefore eat right.

2. EXERCISE the body at least three to four times daily. Your body isn't a wood nor iron, thus, the need for exercise.

3. REST daily. Machines and engines do rest else they malfunction. If you want a good mental health rest is a must do.

I wish you good life.

Literature / Emotions Never Cry by Iwonsabi: 5:01pm On Feb 05, 2020
Times you want to be heard yet no ears

Days you really want to play hard but no hands

Times and season roll and roll

Emotions dive in as lord

And feelings direct your pains

Many times feelings strive

So hard but never win

Still, emotion is side by side

Flowing daily as gentle milk

Not giving up

Feelings; so good or bad

Emotions never cry

Feelings; high or low

Strong or weak

Emotions never cry

The uncontrolled eyes do

A world where love fights
A world where fear is much
A world of fight and war
Like a warrior you fight to win
As a fighter you shun defeat
And like a warrior you fight to win
It's a world of power
Though the field lay green
For all to till
Yet it's a battle ground
For the strong to win
And in a world where
You have no full control
Live and let others live
While you fight your fight to win
Live and let others live
