God was willing to save Sodom and Gomorrah if only 10 righteous people were found there. We have 10 righteous people in Nigeria and so Nigeria is secured by His grace. Moreover God will not destroy the righteous with the wicked. |

Lets give honest advice to the government on how to solve critical national problems like power, boko haram etc. We are general good at pointing out faults and complaining about the slow pace of development without showing what should be done. In other words, if you were the president, tell us how you would have addressed these problems? |

bomega4u:They dont serve the same god pls. 1. The Christian God has a Son (Jesus Christ),but Allah has none 2. You cannot get to heaven by killing another as a Christian even if the killing is for God, but you can get to Paradise if you kill for Allah 3. No marriage or remarriage in the Christian heaven but the muslims are preparing for virgins {though it is not clear what muslim women are preparing for} Now, how are they serving the same God? |

Read this on Nitel and if you are still holding on to your stocks on transcorp Transcorp: NITEL boss resigns 06.03.2008 CHIEF Executive Officer of NITEL, Malam Ahmed Nahuche, on Wednesday resigned his appointment with Transnational Corporation (Transcorp), citing dwindling fortunes. “I do not see any end in sight. I am left with no option but to tender my resignation, '' Nahuche wrote in a letter to Transcorp, dated March 5, 2008. Nahuche is the fourth chief executive to head the company in the last one year following the resignation of Mr Steve Brookman, a British Telecom Consultant and Ms Funke Opeke, a former Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of MTN. Mr Nicholas Okoye, an Executive Director in Transcorp, held fort briefly before the appointment of Nahuche on June 2, last year. Brookman quit the position after Transcorp fell out with the British Telecom on partnership agreements, while Opeke, who conducted the due diligence on NITEL, resigned due to poor funding of the company. |

Buhari and Atiku have cases based on popular opinion without substantive proofs. Cases are not won anywhere in the world on popular opinion without evidence to substatiate the claims. How could lawyers be asking for nullification of election on the argument that the: Election did not hold. Election held but at irregular time or till late in the evening. That the Picture of Atiku was ommitted. That the colour of the logo was not correct Without any sentiment or bias, please ask yourself how did all these affect the result of the election in favour of the respondents? If you have a good case but incapable lawyers, you should be able to predict the outcome without consulting a soothsayer. I will like to ask now, If the tribunal has ordered a fresh election, and we spend hundreds of billions of naira again, which of the two petitioners has enough credibility to unseat Yar,adua.? Some instances in the Holy scripture where God the father and our Lord Jesus Christ manifested their power by the use of images: In Gen1:26-27 God himself introduced the making of images when he made man in his own Image and likeness. Gen6:13-22, God instructed Noah to make the Ark the image of copper which restored life on earth. Gen.28:18-22, Jacob used the image of stone to demonstrate his worship and dedication to God. Exodus 13:21-22, God led and protected his people Israel from their enemies through d image of pillar of fire by night and pillar of cloud by day. In Num.15:37-41, God commanded d Israelites to make the image of Tassels which will remind them of all His commandments. In Chro 13:13-14, God blessed Obed and Edom 4 receiving d image of the Ark of d old covenant into their house (example is the enthronement u see in Catholic homes). Joshua 4:1-7, Joshua & his people kept some stone images as requested by God, to remind them and their descendants how God stopped the river Jordan from flowing when d Lord's covenant box was taken across it. So many others. Bigfred understand that not all bowing is worship as obtains in some countries & tradition. In Daniel 8:17 when d Angel Gabriel visited Daniel he fell to d ground, was that an act of worship? Even our accusers kneel before their bible or their general overseers pictures while praying. Instead of printing Christ's picture on their clothes they print those of their general overseers who is not even sure of going 2 heaven, and they are not accused of worshipping images. Wisdom 16:5-11 gives more answer "who turned towards it was saved not by what he saw but by thee O! Lord d Saviour of d world". When we bow to an image we see and reason beyond d image just like d Israelites who were bitten by d venomous serpent were saved by looking beyond d bronze serpent that Mosed made. Moses’ warning against idols(Deuteronomy 4  15 Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of similitude on the day that the Lord spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire: 16 lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a[b] graven image[/b], the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female 17 the likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air, 18 the likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth: 19 and lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the Lord thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven. My message is not just to catholics, but to everyone that professes to be a christian, you cannot represent God, or Jesus, or Mary with any image and still be acceptable to God |
