Hello house, the school has sent me a letter, this time colour scanned to use to back up my application. It states that they have change my course date and that I can resume when I am done with the embassy. Am I good to go? Will they still  ask for the original of this support doc? Please advice as I go forth to reapply tomorrow.

Thanks all for your concern. Unfortunately I cannot send any strong message to the school as I am on scholarship/fellowship program with them. They are paying my fees including maintenance. All I paid for was the visa so I am going to reapply tomorrow making another payment! The only thing that pained me is the delay in getting the decision that had being made since the 18th!
