Honestly,I don't hold or have any grudge against the south Africans on his Chidinma's saga.....Cuz the same thing has been happening here.......If Gbadebo, who's a typical Yoruba man could be shown the road to his igbo maternal ancestry, then why'd any sensible Nigerian be crying and shouting xenophobia and racism on-here m angry

Abi would we,as Nigerians allow a south Birthed and raised in Nigeria to be miss Nigerian? Tho we may be sentimental but sometimes we've got to tell ourselves the truth...

Make every hypocritical Nigerian get out abeg undecided
Exactly bro, it's just common sense.
Infact I stand with south africa, Zimbabwe, kenya, all day to hold their culture the way they deem fit.

I know a lot of people share my views some of us nigerians really don't care anymore about those people who denounced their Ancestry land and goes to other people country reproduce then drag Rights with them. It's just so annoying and getting more stale day by day.. kudos to most nigerians for being silent on this issue and if not for burna boy tweet I won't have bothered to come up with this post.

I am not saying what they did to her is right atleast she claimed to be "allegedly" born there. I am just saying everyone in this world knows their roots and where they come from. If you as a traveler or your father is an immigrant and he refused to come back home, denouncing his country , his heritage and when your treated unfairly you come out to cry racism, xenophobic and play several emotional cards to seek sympathy. It doesn't work anymore, we are no longer in 2010.

Infact I stand with my south african brothers for fighting for their culture, their heritage likewise some of us here in nigeria fighting for ours..to better our country.
We nigerians don't hold any grudge against them, in fact most of us don't even care so they shouldn't bother escalating it.

This also goes to all the footballers, actors, musicians and normal "JAPA" immigrants. Please if your treated fairly or unfairly, keep it to yourself. Your the ones who choosed that route to better your life's not mine.

Don't think you kept people back home to be screaming racism, xenophobic. We don't do that anymore.

My heritage is nigeria and same with my forefathers, so will my children and theirs to come.

Thank you.

Nlfpmod I will be grateful if you can get this on the front page.
Thanks

Seriously, why is the whole world trying to make things difficult for the common man, especially in Nigeria as a whole? While I am among those who believe that if you're not invited, don't go, and if not told, don't ask kinda personality, I still find it amusing that more systems and ways are being introduced into our society, Africa culture on a daily basis just to ridicule the common man. Which is not our heritage and no one is really saying anything about it. A man had his daughter wedded in our church a few weeks ago, and it was all by invitation only.. Church..o bros... The pastor who announced it said that without the piece of the envelope that would be shared later after the church service, no one would be allowed into the hall for the reception. And they was also a dress code you must buy and wear on that day for those who wished to be in a better sit at the ceremony with premium treatment I guess..Till today, I didn't receive any. Until I heard that the invites they brought were not up to 100, despite the multitude of the congregations, and they shared them among themselves, the elite.. people that matters more in the church.. A friend who went came and gisted me about how the hall was filled with multitude well wishers all elites From different clubs, association, brides and grooms, That they that went from the church was just looking like lukozade with excessive dishes and food, yet they couldn't allow a common man to come participate freely.
I really feel this is wrong and it's not our culture. its a new thing this event planners are trying to introduce that needs to be stopped, because once everyone jumps on this thread it won't be funny at all.

Nlfpmod take me to front page

Nice write up, it only takes someone with good iq to understand what this is doing africa culture.

Sports / Victor Osimhem Needs To Tender An Apology To Nigerians by KiNg0G: 8:32am On Jun 17
The internet never forgets and due to him making that live video we all saw how he insulted the coach and Nigerians generally as a whole using swear words and foul languages. Is just like he had harbored some previous grievance towards nigerians and super eagles fans, so it was just an opportunity for him to make it known publicly to the masses. That was a huge stain on nigeria legacy and he has already create a not too good impression about himself to the world at large.
As it is right now a public apologies from him to Nigerians is the only thing that can quench this fire and he needs to do it as soon as possible asap to counter the previous video.

Sports / Victor Oshihem Reaction To Finidi George Was Uncalled For by KiNg0G: 3:00pm On Jun 15
I was surprised to watch the video just now and I was shocked with the way he spoked on his live.. like what? I mean who does that as a pro in ones respective feeds. here are the top 3 impression that video showedcase to the world at large.

UNPROFESSIONALISM

we all could agree it's all anger but what I expected from him to do like some other players is to calm down, access the situation and speak with his team on how to go about it. If need be for him to clear the allegations that was made public by finidi, organise a press conference or a podcast and tell your own side of the story. Isn't that more matured? When c ronaldo was maltreated at man u. He never turned on his ig live and start blabbing up and down because he knows what it might cost him.

LACK OF RESPECT

I was just watching the video and seeing the way he was mentioning finidis name like it's his fellow team mate quarreling. I just can't explain the feeling I felt deep down in my tummy. Like this is an ex super eagle legend you are talking to. A Coach for that matter.. where's the respect? All I could do was just to shake my head in disdain. I mean even if you had an issue with what he said why not control the words you used as a face of the country.

PRIDE AND EGO IN PLAY

Victor oshihem showed he doesn't rate Nigerians at all with that outburst. He even said ogun should kill anyone who believe the rumours. This is someone nigerians can die before but just mere watching the video he really doesn't care about the national team. If a local born player like him could vex and display on the internet this manner, what more do we expect from foreign base players?

Nigeria which way..

The country is fuked up with pain conceived.
People dieing daily, from politicians greed
All they do is pass bill uphon bills, when the majority can't afford to feed.

This ain't no rhymes but pains from my heart
We could cry today n tomorrow, still no change observed.
I told my mom I will die before I serve, "and why? see"... the youth suffering....5yrs in school and still no job in town.

Family / See What I Experienced Buying Bread This Morning by KiNg0G: 10:27am On Jun 10
I just went to buy bread at the junction 1800, to compare if it would last through the week. the normal big size and gentlemen trust me. I can't seem to count the number of people staring at me when I walked passed this morning from the road to my house holding the nylon.

Since it's a medium black nylon, it's visible the way some people smiled, others makes subtle murmur.. I don't know if I should feel proud of myself or embarrassed.

Nigeria which way, is this how the country has gone to?

This is something my dad used to buy home every weekend and nobody takes it as anything..
