maybe you are not reading to understand or you are not reading at all.

I can understand that you lack the ability to state your points with hurling insults, people are buying new cars inNigeria, if that upsets you accept my condolence.

Stop projecting your frustrations on others.

coming where ?
if for nothing it have become worst. today most nigeria are going for fairly used nigeria cars no longer tokumbo .

according to Statisense and customs , importation of tokumbo and brand new cars droped by more than 40 %.

camry 2003 big daddy tokumbo that was 1.5m in 2020 is now 5m , this is 21 year old car .the fuel subsidy made people that are not middle class or upper lower class useless and a foolish financial decision to own a car today .

election have bigger consequences if gotten wrong

Most Nigerians, but not all Nigerians.

Show us empirical evidence not word of mouth, back your statement with facts.

You have the internet check the facts , I wont fuel your laziness.

Stop living in denial, look around see GAC, Changan, Innoson motors, you see these cars on the road even in your locality , these are brand new cars not the overprized 30 year old Nigerian abused Toyotas you are peddling at inflated amounts.

If business is bad for new car manufacturers like you claim, they would have packed up long ago.

Brand new car business assembly or production is tough in Nigeria , no matter how hard you push , you might bloody your nose .

Reason is that .

Less than 10% of Nigeria buy brand new car.
Out of those 10%, 5 will be government agency and 3% will be big companies buying for their management and operations .

Only 2 % will be from individuals like me and you, buying from their pocket.

There is a market for new cars in Nigeria, trust me on that, the good old days are coming when people can buy brand new cars for the first time like it happened in the 70s.

Many of these drivers undergo starvation inorder to meet their targets, last week I had to buy buns for one them as he claimed he had not eaten for 8 hours . Why cant they just carry snacks like donuts in their cars as their foreign counterparts do?

Herein lies the problem. When people who make decisions are isolated from the consequences of making those decisions, it becomes easy to make bad decisions. As long as these folks don't face the consequences of their actions they will continue making bad decisions for the collective.

Obviously, Tinubu economic policies have failed.
He should swallow his pride and resign for someone that has the capacity to takeover.

On his mandate we stand. grin
