Funny that you are not already talking to NFU on what you know about this scam. UBA is a highly risk averse bank and until you can submit a convincing evidence, you ll be viewed as culpable. |

Ambode better get down to work instead of boxing his shadow. We are not asking him to do more than BRF but he should just not let things go back to pre Fashola era. And he has a template to work with, it does not require his critical thinking. WITHOUT BRF, HE WOULDNT HAVE BE A GOV. 1 Like |

Having the nostagia of Onitsha, we called it Osha, in those days. A yoruba boy that grew up in an Ibo land and knew no not his brethdren other than Hillary from Umuchu, Azubuike from Nkpor, Kehinde from Oshogbo etc. We are all one and no not discrimination. Used to go to that market, Ose market. That new cargo port was started since the eighties and still not completed. What a nation. I can almost see my house far behind the port, now replaced with a high rising. Behind the port is where we used to pick mangos and sometimes go down to the shallow part of river niger to swim. Truely some part of me is no more. 28 Likes 1 Share |

Please let me know anyone that is also having issue with the company. Why not push to the FP, plz. |

He retired from police but did not retire from corruption. One of the most corrupt IG ever. |

Why are people showing this level of ignorance. The school feeding scheme will be a kind of collaboration between the three tiers of government. It's just an enhancement of what Osun state is currently doing. I think its financially feasible but there are other implementation modus oparandi that must be finetuned, otherwise the usual Nigeria factors could bungle down. 1 Like |

You can take this to the bank, the only sure one now, amongst your list, is BRF COS. 2 Likes |

The Kano state CP was later made IG of police. It's a high intrigue power play and GMB have to be got out of the way. For those ignorant Jonathians, IBB current support is not for Jona but for his own interest, not sure of what GMB will do when he is elected. Someone is just a porn, on their chess board and they will not mind using and doing away with the person. 1 Like |

I am wondering how he find the energy for those activities. He was also in Ikeja this afternoon for 'CONVERSATION FOR CHANGE WITH PROF. OSINBAJO". |

Is this not the offshoot of NOSPECO, that wonder investor, that swindled Nigerians of their money? |
![]() |
Yes, a lot of people out there are falling victim and need to know. The worst part is that I took a loan to finance this. I am now paying back the loan and have, at the same time, look for money to pay my rent, that is due. |

glogirl: That is unfortunate. And I find out that what they are offering is even more expensive. |

My lawyer has written them for a refund with a N5m damage claim. |

The payment plan and delivery date were initially agreed and contract signed off. It seem they deceived people to get money and because Nigerians have been taking this, the impunity continue. I am ready to use every legal means to resist it. |

Please who can help push my case? Have a service issue like this with a property developer, ESSENTIALHOME, in Lekki. Took my money but refused to deliver. I understand that some other people are falling victim. |

This a big lie from the pit of hell. I was there. Whille some were clapping, when he was introduced, a lot of other booed him and he was stammering when he started reading his speech. Thisday should post the video. In praying for him, G O prayed for peace, the theme of the Feb holyghost, and wisdom. He later called out Osinbajo and others for victory prayer. |

Gentlemen and ladies, please be wary of all this offer being offered by the so called developers, as some of them are fraudsters. My experience with the one granimperioprojects that marketed a mortgage project, essentialhomes, Orchard road in lekki, have taught me a lesson and exposed those developers shenanigans. I bought into the project because of what they offered. 1 You pay 25% of the amount. 2 Spread the balance over three years at 17% interest 3 You will move into the house, after six (6) months of the initial payment(The 25%), and continue to pay the rest. As I said earlier, I bought into it because of the above. When I paid, I have calculated that the delivery date will be three (3) months before my current rent will expired and give and take, I can give them some extra months gap, to deliver, and will not need to renew my rent. I even added my anticipated rent payment to my initial payment. I have since been servicing the monthly payment with the interest. Behold to my surprise, a month after when they supposed to have delivered, the developer came up with another payment structure that will required me, not only to complete the payment within a year but to also wait for delivery of the house about 8 months, after they supposed to have delivered. As I wouldn't take that, the matter is now heading to court. I advise anybody that is interested in buying into all sort of offers in the market to be careful. 1 Like 1 Share |
