Just a question please. If someone has applied to come to the UK as a tourist and has booked a hotel in London,he is issued a visa but later changes his mind about staying in a hotel and decides to stay with family in Birmingham, that means he's going to travel through Birmingham.Does this pose a problem?

Hello house

I am trying to invite my mom to come to the UK just before i put to bed,I was wondering what documents she will require and what type of visa to apply for.I hold a tier 1 and my mom is a medic but now retired. She has been to America on some occasions. Thanks

You have stated that you wish to visit your husband in the uk.I note that when you submitted ur application in Dec u made no mention of ur husband(then fiancee) residing in the uk.I have noted ur explanation wch i do not find plausible and this omision undermines ur application. You have stated u are employed with a monthly income of 90k,on your previous application u stated ur income was 120k,you have given no account of this discrepancy.

Yes he does,he meets all the financial requirements and earning points. He recently got a renewal in april for his visa. So you think i do not need to address the issues they raised

Hi.Pls i need some information.I applied as for a family visitor to visit my husband in the uk but was denied(that was about 6mths ago). Now i want to apply again to join him there on his visa Tier1.Do i need to address the concerns raised by the ECO in the refusal or is it just a fresh application entirely.I also did an admin review at that time and got a response. Thanks

U don't have to,ur passport is already valid, just make sure to include all marriage papers and documents.

Pls get another passport with your new name on it,whoever that agent is is ripping you off,you said you are just going for summer. You can get an immigration lawyer to help, they charge way lower than that
justwise:

In addition to what Dis Guy said.....get another passport that will have your husband's name and don't forget to state that you have been refused a visa before and state the reason(s) why you were refused.

Include your marriage certificate, family pictures, your kids birth certificate, bank statement, list of places you tend to visit in the UK, min-budget on how much the trip will cost the whole family. Proof of adequate accommodation for the whole family...etc

Hi,
I am seeking some advice with regards to uk visa.i applied to visit friends in the uk in december for a short holiday (as my leave was about then)but was denied because i didnt submit payslips from my job. I am trying to reapply later this month and i need counsel. My husband wants to invite me to visit him(we got married on 29th dec) as he is based in the uk.we want to know the best way to go about this since he holds a tier 1 general which is due renewal in april after which i can come as his dependent. or should we just go ahead to apply as dependent in april when he gets a renewal?Secondly, when i did the ist application,i didnt mention him as someone i know in the uk..does this affect in anu way?
Thanks for your time. Chinky.
