Politics / Re: Atiku: Igbo Leaders Confused Over Jonathan by Omenani(m): 6:11am On Nov 29, 2010 |
The Igbo vote is divided! We do not speak with one voice, and "things fall apart." |

Politics / Re: Prospective VP: Atiku Loves The SE Or Merely Pitching The SE Against The SS? by Omenani(m): 11:57pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
To be honest, I would rather work with the North, than the SW and Ijaw. I am against working with the SW, not because they are Yoruba, but because they seem to support only their candidates. GEJ will not even win in that region. The reason why I do not support the Ijaw is solely, because "Chief" Edwin Clark is still professing is hate for the Ndigbo. This is something I cannot tolerate. |

Give my region Federal Projects and the East will be on your platter. |
Politics / Re: What Does Nigeria Stand To Lose If The SW Goes Regional? by Omenani(m): 11:36pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
I am confused with this convo. Whose arguing which side. I know where the SW people stand. But where does the Igbo commenting on this thread stand. I told you all before that this election will divide the East. |
Politics / Re: What Does Nigeria Stand To Lose If The SW Goes Regional? by Omenani(m): 11:07pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
A region that cannot feed itself? The North showed the SW that they need the North or they will starve. |

After having relations with Igbo women, these women got these Northern leaders speaking Igbo. |

People need to understand that you cannot win the East without the Ndigbo. We make up 75% - 80% of the population. There is a numerical majority. Only a fool would ignore the most crucial vote in the East. Especially when the West will vote for their own. And the South-South is divided amongst ethnic lines. |
Politics / Re: Nnamani, Soludo, Ekweremadu Favoured As Atikus's Running Mate by Omenani(m): 9:08pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
igbobuigbo: That is true. Those boys in Aba and Onitsha showed the Hausa no mercy. It was a warning. If an Igbo man's head is touched up North, the Hausa lives in the East are forfeit. That is the deal that was struck. |
Politics / Re: British Investigators Turn Sights On Soludo by Omenani(m): 6:44pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
Sagamite: This is not the first time, the British have interfered with the internal processes of Nigeria. They have been involved since the beginning. Why haven't they went after Obj? |
Politics / Re: Prospective VP: Atiku Loves The SE Or Merely Pitching The SE Against The SS? by Omenani(m): 6:42pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
igbobuigbo: That is true. They will support their own before they vote for a person of another group. It doesn't matter if the man is Edo, Igbo, Hausa-Fulani, Gwari etc. Never in the history have the West for anyone but a Yoruba. Igbos voted in droves for Abiola, even when he said he didn't need our vote. |
Politics / Re: Ribadu/utomi Is This The Change We Have Been Waiting For by Omenani(m): 6:39pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
Wait a second. This would be a dream come true. Forget Atiku or GEJ, I'll take Utomi/Ribadu. |
Politics / Re: Prospective VP: Atiku Loves The SE Or Merely Pitching The SE Against The SS? by Omenani(m): 6:37pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
Udezue, My brother, this is power politics. The North knows how to play this game, the West knows how to play this game, it is time for the East to learn how to play this game. We cannot win without the help of the North. When it is an Igbo man who wishes to be president, do you think the West will support us? The answer is No. They will vote for their own! |
Politics / Re: Nnamani, Soludo, Ekweremadu Favoured As Atikus's Running Mate by Omenani(m): 6:33pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
Obiagu1: That is definitely true. However, these turn of events are starting to resemble pre-independence. |
Politics / Re: Nnamani, Soludo, Ekweremadu Favoured As Atikus's Running Mate by Omenani(m): 6:30pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
I must say this is a brilliant move by the North. Say what you hate about the North, but you cannot deny that these people are shrewd. These are the children of Uthman Dan Fodio. |
Politics / Re: British Investigators Turn Sights On Soludo by Omenani(m): 6:21pm On Nov 28, 2010 |
Where are British investigators with Obasanjo? Why pick on Soludo? Something tells me this is politically motivated. |

Abia State may have been in the news for the wrong reasons, but poverty rates are quite low and the citizens are quite industrious and educated. |
