Please check if you are having quality sleep especially at nights. It helps a lot. You might need to get at least 6 hours sleep at night for at least two weeks. You will notice improvement and pay attention to your food. If your body reacts negatively to certain foods pls stop taking them. For instance, I like taking milk but at a point my body reacts to it negatives and I dropped it. Today I living fine. 13 Likes 1 Share |

Is it not ridiculous? Did Adeboye and Kumuyi endorse anyone in the previous elections? Why do you want them to do that now? If your candidate is not popular, cant he withdraw from the election? Why are you looking for cheap popularity? Iranu 18 Likes 1 Share |

i can feel your pain but sincerely speaking you dont need any confrontation in this case. the best you and your mummy can offer her is unconditional love. Show her love and care as you secretly and constantly present her case to God. Along the line she will give you listeining ears and the whole story will change. Very soon you will return here with testimony. 1 Like |

I said it yesterday, that this guy called Freezy has no job. You can see clearly from his statement that he is been influenced to attack. Am I not seeing something like 'MINOR ATTACK ON TITHING' ? Is this what is expected of someone led by the Spirit of God? Wouldnt it has made a difference if he said SCRIPTURAL GUIDE ON TITHING? If anyone has a way of communicating with him, kindly refer him to Pastor E.A Adeboye's facebook page for details on how to get RCCG assistance for anyone in need of it at Lybia. It will be good for someone to find a meaningful something Freezy to do perhaps if he is busy he will begin to make sense in his speech. If he has good qualification, he should search DOVE TV website, Covenant Univerity's site or Landmark university's site and do the needful. 1 Like |

Since you have known many GOOD things about the company, I think the best response should be asking them of any bad experience you are not aware of. For instance you can say, seeing that this organization complies with rules and regulations, I am not aware of sanction that has been imposed on you by regulator. If there is any, how did it happened and did you handle it? |
Politics / Former PDP Publicity Secretary Olisa Metuh Has Offered To Return N400m He Receiv by payan(m): 1:36pm On Jun 30, 2016 |
former Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh has disclosed that talks have begun between his legal team and officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to facilitate his return of N400million traced to him from defence funds. The funds which were primarily meant to fight Boko Haram insurgents were shared to party officials by former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan through the office of the Nation Security Adviser. Mr. Olisah through his lawyer Onyechi Ikpeazu has issued a statement again reasserting his intention to return the funds in its entirety to signify his support for President Muhammadu Buhari's anti-corruption war. Metuh is currently undergoing trial for money laundering at a Federal High Court in Abuja. See his full statement below: Why Our Client (Chief Olisa Metuh) is Offering To Refund The N400 million – Counsel In the light of the circumstances regarding the case of our client, Chief Olisa Metuh with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), we want to explain the reasons for our client's proposal to refund the N400 million released to him by former President Goodluck Jonathan, and which was expended on a project approved by the ex-President on national issues relating to his Presidency and the Federal Government at that time. 1. We want to restate that at the time the money was released to him after his presentation to the ex-President, our client had no knowledge of the source, a fact that is now obvious from the evidence of the prosecution and defence witnesses. Our client had every cause to believe that the money was from the ex-President to whom he made a presentation, received directives and rendered report and accounts accordingly. 2. When the matter first came up, and Chief Metuh was invited to the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) in December 2015, he requested to know the source of the money and expressed his readiness to make refunds if it was from government coffers, not minding that the money had been expended as directed by the former President. Officials at ONSA never got back to him as they promised, until his arrest by the EFCC in January 2016. 3. It was however while in court that a document was brought regarding the source of the money and since then, our Client has made manifest his willingness to refund the money and has indeed approached his family, friends and associates to mobilise funds to refund the entire N400 million to the government regardless of the fact that the money had been expended based on the directives of the former President and that part of the money had been recovered from one of the prosecution witnesses. 4. We want to confirm that since then, we have been in talks with the Ministry of Justice, the EFCC and other necessary bodies on how to refund the money and resolve the issue. 5. Our client occupied no government office. His commitment and dedication to his official duties have been confirmed by even prosecution witnesses. In this whole saga, he has been an unfortunate victim of circumstances. His refunding the money, therefore, goes to show his support for the anti-corruption war as well as serve as a testament to his sincerity, integrity and honesty in this matter. 6. There is no doubt that the prosecution has considerably embarked on some expenses in the course of this case. It is hoped that by not discounting the sum already recovered, whatever cost so far incurred would have been defrayed. By this, a critical objective of recovery of funds would no doubt be achieved. 7. It is pertinent to restate our client's continued support for the anti-corruption campaign, which is necessary to ensure probity in the affairs of Nigeria to the extent that it is conducted within the rule of law. 8. Finally, it is our client's prayer that this nation shall come through this difficult time by the grace of the Almighty God. Signed: Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN) Counsel To Chief Olisa Metuh http://saharareporters.com/2016/06/30/former-pdp-publicity-secretary-olisa-metuh-has-offered-return-n400m-he-received-ex-nsa |

Politics / CCT: Drama As Saraki’s Lawyer Gives Breakdown Of Transfers To Foreign Account by payan(m): 3:02pm On Apr 21, 2016 |
The ongoing trial of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, took a dramatic twist on Thursday as Saraki’s counsel, Paul Usoro gave details of various transfer of funds by the Senate President to his foreign account as governor. Usoro made the revelation after the prosecution witness, Michael Wetkas refused to read the various transfers of Saraki from his Guaranteed Trust Bank account to his American Express Service, New York account. Wetkas had declined pointing out the various transfers as contained in the documents tendered before the tribunal, saying the transfers were many, hence details “may take the whole day.” Following Wetkas response, Usoro started reading out the transfers with the witness admitting same. According to Usoro, Saraki carried out the transfers from his GTB account to his American Express Bank, New York account. This is the break down of the transfer, “March, 3, 2011, $30,656.74; February, 2, 2011, $32, 687; October, 18, 2010, $48,900; September, 2, 2010, $18,000; August, 32, 2010, $100,000; May 18, 2010, $134,000; Jan 21, 2010, $64,000; July 29, 2010, $80,984; August 26, 2011, $65,000; Jan, 27, 2012, $145,000; “16 July, $138,000; Sep24, 2008, $45,308;Jan 11 2012, $130,400;Dec, 18, 2012, $4,123;Jan $17, $560, 19, August, 2011,$43,651; August 16, 2011, 91, 738; August 26,2011,$10,000; August 28,2011 $65000; September, 9 2011, $1120.140; November,2011, $147,000; December, 14, 2011, $86,872, Jan, 12012, $15,000, Jan 27, 2012, $145.000; January 1, 2012, $700,000; “February 2,2012, $94,754.63; February 20, 2012, $77.000; March 29 2012, $70.648; May 11 2012, $70.000; May 5, 2012, $55.000, June 12 2012, $89.411; December 18, 2012, $400,153; October 11, 2012, $130, 400; September 24 2012, $45, 308.” Wetkas, however, agreed to the figures, noting that the commission stumbled on these during its investigation |
Religion / Court Finnal Docks Synagogue Church Trustees, Engineers For Manslaughter by payan(m): 3:12pm On Apr 19, 2016 |
Justice Lateef Lawal-Akapo of the Lagos High Court has ordered the arraignment of Synagogue Church of all Nations, SCOAN, trustees and two engineers alongside their companies involved in the September 12, 2014 building collapse that killed 116 persons in the Ikotun area of the state. They were finally arraigned on Tuesday after the judge dismissed the application filed by two of the defendants seeking to quash the charge. Since the Lagos State Government filed the 111 charges which border on criminal negligence, manslaughter and failure to obtain building permit, the defendants have severally stalled their arraignment by filing several applications Immediately after Justice Akapo initial ruling, lead counsels representing the defendants made several attempts to convince the court not to proceed with the arraignment. While Chief Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, representing SCOAN argued that it would be improper to proceed with arraignment since the day’s business of the court was for ruling, Chief Akpofure, SAN, representing Hardrock Construction Company said he just lost his mother and would not be able to proceed |

Politics / Fayose Sends Traditional Rulers To Beg Tinubu by payan(m): 7:48am On Apr 08, 2015 |
Fayose Sends Traditional Rulers To Beg Tinubu Ajomole Helen, Yesterday Email 0 39 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter The Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Peter Fayose has reportedly sent two Ekiti Monarchs to the National leader of All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Lagos. According to Osun defender, the unnamed traditional rulers who left Ekiti State to Lagos were mandated to meet with the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu, who is expected to lead them to the former Lagos Governor whose political tactics and successes have continue to overwhelm the nation. READ ALSO: Fayose’s Supporters Protest Against Impeachment “We are on a peace mission. Governor Fayose has asked us to meet with Oba Akiolu who should open the door for us to see Asiwaju Tinubu. We know there are moves to impeach the governor; our role as traditional rulers is the look for a constructive way to end the crisis. If the Governor will be impeached, we do not want him to be disgraced again for the second time in office,” one of the first class traditional rulers told a journalist on Sunday. The royal fathers are currently being lodged at a high-rate hotel in down town Lagos and are expected to meet with Oba of Lagos yesterday who will take them to Tinubu later in the night. The royal father who pleaded anonymity said the governor ‘is not arrogant. He has been misunderstood. We agree he made some mistakes, but there should be forgiveness and then Ekiti can move forward.” When asked if their mission was to stop the impeachment, he said: “We want a peaceful resolution of the crisis. We want Asiwaju to intervene and give Fayose a safe landing.” Fayose was on Friday served with impeachment notice by the 19 legitimate lawmakers who want him to respond to allegations of gross misconduct within the next seven days. Also, the governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Mimiko was said to have met with Asiwaju few days before the election pleading with him to forgive and forget his misdeeds having seen the inevitable failure of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) at the March 28 election. But it was too late. Meanwhile, the governor has embarked on barricading roads leading to the state capital, Ado-Ekiti, with buses, logs of wood and bonfires. http://www.naij.com/416894-fayose-sends-traditional-rulers-to-beg-tinubu.html |
