A parcel was sent from Ireland since 18th december 2020, till now I havent received the item and can no longer trace it, this is the third time I am experiencing this issue, I've called the post office in Lagos no positive response and even visited abuja head office, item info could not be tracked.. when i contacted the sender he confirmed from the post office that they've already sent the item...again another parcel was sent to me last month 27th august 2021, I am scared again it would be hijacked...
please help a brother as NIPOST has never frustrated me like this before

Please an item was sent to me from US using USPS priority mail international. I tracked it on nipost and this is what I saw... What does it mean??

Please how do I know he's telling the truth?? What and what should I demand from him on getting there? Please someone should respond to me.

Pls does anyone know where this impc air office of exchange is and can I go and pick up myself . It's getting too long. I really need that package. My tracking number starts with CH.

A friend sent me a used Asus laptop from the US through EMS and on the 16th day of September 2021 i got a call from a guy that works at the post office in ABA informing me that i should come and pick up my parcel and also that custom billed me #18,000, then few hours later that same day i got another call from the same Post office this time the caller said he's the manager for EMS then he went ahead to ask me if I had received a call earlier and i said yes and the he said what did the person tell me, i told him the first caller said that my parcel is in their post office that i should come and collect it and also that custom billed me #18,000. Then the EMS manager now told me to disregard the previous caller, that the #18,000 is their own courier company service money, that custom billed me #54,000 he then went further to say that when I come to the post office he will give me the phone to speak with custom agent from Lagos.

I smell foul Play. I haven't gone there yet because I have being terribly sick but i intend to go there this week and I need your advice on how best to go about this.

Thanks I just went to the post office. I was told they have sent it back to the USA. they didn't even call me to come and claim it and they just sent it like that. Office of exchange claimed the item was sent to the post office since July 7th

But I do not know the best shipping company to use that would be cheap an affordable to be able to make some profit. Besides many of them do not accept debit card transfer. I also want to ask about IPS shipping company, has anyone used w beàfore ? Are they affordable ?

u can usps now, priority mail express make sure its insure and ur did the documentation properly

well dont panic bro , na thief them be , the only thing u need to do when u get there just make sure u asked custom reciept on the package , once u asked that question dem go know say u be sabi boy then they go try reason with u and u will negotiate price with them and if they are able to bring it out for u make sure it has custom stampped on it and if they want to play wayo call me up then i will help u follow them talk .. take care

Oh yes, I also tracked this morning and was surprise to see that update, because if you could check well it as once left Uk since on the 17th of last month(Nov). Which I have been waiting to receive here in Nigeria.

Now the new update has it that, it's just leaving the Uk. Meaning that 17 good days have been wasted counting from the first day of departure. Now I will have to wait for some days more again. Hmmm it is well, I just pray and hope it gets to me safely.
