Why would the president of a country go to another country to seek medical attention ? . You shouldn’t forget that he will be put to sleep before operation begins. And the doctors have full access to all parts of his body as soon as he’s asleep. (A whole president of a country in the hands of another country’s doctors).

Don’t forget that these countries are medically advanced. They can inject you, and you’ll react to whatever they inject you with. They can choose to inject you to lose memories, to fall asleep, to die slowly, etc.

They might even place a tracker on Buhari (president of the country) and 200million Nigerians wouldn’t know.

They might even decide to rule us via Buhari. How about that. .

I wouldn’t blame Buhari, Tinubu should just focus and move on with his Presidential campaign cos Buhari is long gone and he might not be able to regain his senses back.

All of the above may be true, but it still doesn't invalidate what Tinubu said. The fact is that without the extra SW votes that he swung in Buhari's favor, all those other efforts would have been in vain. Politics is decided at the margins, and in 2015 it was Tinubu's margin that made the difference from Buhari's 3 failed efforts before. It's not as if Buhari had any other choice to turn to who could have helped him across the finish line, is it? Say what you like about Tinubu, but the fact is he made the key difference to getting Buhari into office (though whether most Nigerians will view that as a positive thing is another matter).

It is possible to acknowledge that Tinubu was crucial to Buhari's victory while also pointing out that openly saying so in public was a tactless political error. How can you say SW block vote gave Buhari victory? Remove the whole SW 2.4m votes from Buhari 15.4m vote and he will have 13m as against pdp 12m.
