We were there in 2004. Hopefully Tinubu can create his own avengers initiative and recruit top talent into his administration.

They are out there and they are also within.

The country still has untapped potential and markets that can be leveraged.
2004 you say?

From the time I became aware, I'll say Nigerians have always complained about almost any and everything. Complain is now in our very nature.

Personally, I don't believe Tinubu will do greater things,. Great things yes, but greater things is a no no because the powers that will do everything to make his government fail are already assembling. His attempt at quelling them will be met with social media noise making and stupid criticisms, the kind you see everyday.

While I do believe Nigeria have untapped potentials and people with alot of potentials, the status quo will always be there to frustrate anything and social media noise makers will be there to make it trend.

Tinubu have a whole lot of work cut out for him. Frankly, I don't even envy him, I kind of feel sorry for him.

oh well, no one ever said this leadership thing would be easy.

this is where the real work begins - not the popularity contests that mean nothing

to them and many of them, that popularity contest is what means everything.

Even if Tinubu makes a dollar equal to a naira, it still won't mean a thing to them. This is how they've decided to programme themselves, hate anything good as long as it's not coming from who or whom they like.

After Tinubu is sworn in, the day he decides to go abroad for medical check-up, is the day a whole new set if noise making will beging. And yes, Tinubu does have a whole lot of work cut out for him.

Hmmmmm! Well measurably! Can you explain sir because to me most of his policies are trier and error.

He will go down as the worst CBN governor we have ever had since 1999.

A CBN governor that played politics.

A dummy, A CBN governor that doesn't have the mind of his own. Anything Buhari says he will do without even coming up with enough convincing reasons to the president why things should not been done that way.

Perhaps, the reason why Buhari kept him is that Buhari sees him as a dummy, handbags, someone that can easily be controlled. Maybe same reason Jonathan appointed him. To do his bidding and cover his track.

DSS are after him. Maybe in the coming days we will get the true pictures why there are after him.

Someone that devalue the naira against the dollars three times? Thinking he will get different results!.

Emifiele failed as a CBN governor. He is just a politician.

This is someone who opened the vaults for Dasuki and the likes.

its politics

two can play that game

if you follow us politics there is almost always a group of counter protesters

it was inevitable since the narrative being pushed is that no one his happy BAT won the election.

Lol. I hear you sir but both can go side by side. We have achieved a lot through science and technology.

Even religion is cashing out through science and technology and we appreciate science for that.

I believe there are religious institutions that are even sponsoring science research and all.

Religion appreciate science and both can co-exist sir.

That means we should expect more and more protest from Pro-Tinubu groups anytime anybody expresses displeasure with any of Tinubu's policies going forward.

With time, I believe those two toxic religions, Christianity and Islam, with dark and barbaric histories will give way to science.

However, most humans can't do without having a religion and will create new religions to replace them, even though religion serves no real purpose for humanity.

Why do u specifically mention Christianity and Islam if I may ask ?

The reasons are many. One, adherents of Christianity and Islam killed millions of early scientists, philosophers, gay and lesbian people, and heretics and burnt libraries.

The Christians burnt the great Hypatia alive for practicing philosophy and science, which they called witchcraft because the Europeans didn't understand science.

European Christians used to see science as witchcraft and killed many early scientists and philosophers based on this pretext.

As a physicist, I'm always wary of this dark history of Abrahamic religions.

Two, Christianity played a key role in the trans-atlantic slave trade and colonization of many African countries. The religion made key contributions to the current poor state of Africa which has been conquered and subjugated by the whites.

Three, the barbaric Sharia laws form the core of Islam. Those are anti-human laws that no right-thinking person should be supporting or practicing.

Sharia is a relic of the primitive human mind.

Four, Allah and Yahweh are toxic gods — vengeful, jealous, and violent, and religious people copy these evil traits, which is why millions have suffered a painful death at the hands of Christians and Muslims for apostasy, heresy, blasphemy, and homosexuality.

Millions have lost their lives because of the Bible and Qur'an.

Five, both religions say unbelievers, hundreds of trillions of them, will be roasted in hell fire.

That's pure evil; a so-called loving god burning his creatures in hell for acting exactly as he designed them and being deceived by Satan, his creature.

This makes absolutely no sense.

There are many more reasons. Christianity and Islam have a dark past characterized by war, colonization, slavery, bloodshed, racism, and genocide, especially Catholicism and Islam.

Those two toxic religions are evil conception of religion. They won't last long with advancement of science and newer generations of humans.

The traditional religions and religions like Buddhism, Taoism, Daoism, Eckankar, scientism are a bit better and more humane without such a dark past.

Buddhists in Burma / Myanmar engaged in systematic genocide of rohyingar Muslims

Purgatory exists in buddishm
If you escape purgatory, but have done plenty of evil you come back to the world as a lower animal - like a rat or a frog

I learnt this from reading george orwells Burmese days in my childhood.

I learnt about the genocide in Burma from following the news. Everyone was shocked at how aung suu kyii unlooked or maybe even supported a modern day holocaust

Unfortunately being a world class physicist of a particular bent means you will always be blinkered and unaware of actual reality. Maybe a little reading would do the trick tongue

And in denial of the influence of the religions you hate in the development of science

The concept of hell exists in multiple religions.

You do not need to be particularly well read, or a big brain intellectual to know this.

Human beings will always be dicks. It is unfortunately in our nature. A place without religion or even with a single religion will not automatically become an utopia of tolerance.

Tribalism is in our dna.

This is why we have sports teams we carry for head. And why some people will carry it for head into wanton violence.

But hundreds of thousands of twins lost their lives to the killing of twins before Mary Slessor came and stopped it in Nigeria .

Several people have been killed in the name of traditional sacrifices in Africa . Innocent people have been killed by Oro traditionalists in Yoruba land in the past .

No religion is totally saintly if u dig through their history well enough

One is explaining your biases, misinformation and miseducation to you in a civilised manner, but you are responding like a barely educated illiterate.

You can have a strong desire for peace but you must be ready for war.

It is strange that you a so called physicist do not understand this, since so much of physics is involved in the development of weapons of war from the beginning of time.

Accept the gospel of otem, uncircumcised philistine.

And you will dwell in utopia on earth, free from the shackles of mental midgets and the tyranny of Abrahamic religions.

Come to the cult of otem and let your life change. smiley

Yes, the traditional religions have their bad history as well, but it pales in comparison with the Christian and Muslim gods who have committed genocides.

Anyway, religion has no real importance for people. Ultimately, a religion is the personal philosophy of its founder/god, and he/she is the real beneficiary and the priests and the politicians/rulers, not the common people.

Islam is Allah's personal philosophy; Christianity is Yahweh's personal philosophy; Buddhism is Buddha's personal philosophy; the same applies to the other religions.

These personal ancient philosophies of past beings (or ETs) who people see as God have no use in modern times when a well-read and rational person can design their own personal philosophy based on science and critical thinking without elements of religion.

Well, only a tiny percentage of humans can achieve that feat.

Since I stopped being religious during my university days, I've never for once regretted my decision.

I belong to Facebook groups where tons of books are shared about the origins of religions, and I read widely focusing on old books.

When I watch religious people engage in worshipping their fellow humans who are past (gifted) beings as God in religion, I just shake my head and pity their ignorance.

Most people will spend their whole life believing a lie.

Critical thinking, philosophy, and science is the way.

Religion constitutes a huge hindrance to science and the development of our planet.
