I filled out the application manually and as for nysc, i just indicated that i have done the service in the CV.
e.g 20... : National Youth service ...

I think behavioral question to see if you are fit and then video interview to be recorded in 10-15 mins

It’s nothing serious. Emphasis is more on the 3 separate pre-recoded videos you’ll be sending. 2 on providing response to real-work-life scenarios and 1 on explaining why you want to join Shell.

The other sections are just cognitive reasonings majorly
