I will totally agree with you on this one, Obi has made touring his occupation to which is quite understandable but the problem here is that Tilumbu has failed to make good governance to which he was selected his own personal occupation.

What I could have done has been stated above na

Next I would remove all import duty of raw materials ... Corn, fabric, steel, aluminum bars, chemicals and the rest... Double import duty on finished products

I would set aside 4 trillion to farming cooperatives that meet certain criteria

One must be ready to plant cassava, soy, rice, beans, yam, and some other critical foods identified

2) must be a cooperative of a minimum of 50 persons and a land size of 500 hectares owned or minimum of 10 years lease

3) the leaders 5 of the cooperatives must have 10 years minimum farming experience on the crops, and modern farming techniques

5 members of the cooperatives must volunteer to the police force volunteer Corps trained and given guns to protect the farms

And few other criterias... Next they approach a bank who verify all this they apply to CBN to get a loan t 3% interest and give to the farmers at 7% interest 20 million to 5000 million loan

Target is is 100,000 cooperatives

4 trillion gone

Next approach towards pharmaceutical industry top 20 players... What do you import that you can make here and how much do you need... No too much vetting
