Zxcvbnmghtr: Thank you. Most people didn't read that it is a private farm and not government farm. We just like blaming government for everything. The money to set up that farm is less than what we do blow in a party in one weekend as a people. Most of our cities are full of drnking joints and those in that businesses are becoming billionaires because the business is good. What national productivity like this do Nigerians embark on? ... let me stop please. 1 Like |

My dad especially loves fishery, he has 3 GP tanks for that. The have even snails too. A few of these I have also emulated. Lol 😂😂😂 they are just funny people pretending not to understand the message am passing. |

EreluRoz: Don't mind the man above you. Why was he always on the President Tinubu -when the State Governors are the ' Emperors ' and the Owners of the Land- under the Land Used Decrees Act,promulgated by the then Military Dictators, ruling Nigeria. As at last week,I saw on the Television Pre.Tinubu addressing some delegates who visited him and he said ' Citizens of Each States should appeal to their respective Governors to make the Land Available for Farming,as they need to provide the Land, there is Money available to those who wants to go into big time Farming 🧺. We need Land.Thank God for Oyo- Govt-on what Seyi Makinde has Started and they Citizens should support and grow the Agriculture in that State, even though I'm not from there! -The following NBillions are with Nigerian -Governors and on regular basis: 1•-the Palliatives approved Money by the Federal Govt, since Sept last year.- how did Our Governors Spend it? 2•-the quarterly( every 4- months) Federation Accounts Money being Shared by both the Federal, States and Local Govt( if we still have) and what do they do with these NBILLIONS ? 3•the Special NBillions Money( 13% given to the Oil Producing States. 4• the NBILLIONS Budgets Money the Governors Allocated in the Budgets every year, including the Security Votes- which to all purposes - they have never Accounted for every year as many States still come to the Federal Govt, asking for Security of their States. So,why can't they create a large expanse of Land - for different Agriculture- Livestocks,Rice Production, others like Fish Farming, Cassava Production,Fruits e.g.in South-Africa,we have Orange Free State - just 🍊 alone is Produced there . •Our Governors and some Traditional Rulers - who are enjoying the troubles and problems in those States are the troubles and problems in Nigeria, with many of their Footsoldiers whose Conscience have been bought against the Truth. •Nigeria supposed to be Feeding Africa, not to talk about West African State, yet we can't even feed ourselves, then something fundamentally is wrong with us! -The Federal Govt too, should Purchased some lands for purely Large Scale Production - to set a good example of Large Scale Farming in Nigeria. There is no crime in that- so what is the Minister of Agriculture doing?Hope they will Account for this NBillions Money Approved for the Yearly Budgets! |

Good initiative. It will reduce temperatures around the country too. If African nations focus on fighting the Sahara, the continent’s temperature will drop by 2 - 3°C. |

Zxcvbnmghtr: Government cannot survive without her citizenry role but the effective discharge of this citizenry roles is hinged on Government being responsible at all levels. Hope you got my point. You just quoted one of the late American president who strive for good governance for his people. I guess Nigeria government currently takes 100% responsibilities on your welfare with respect to water, food security, security itself, constant electricity, enabling environment etc. for you to thrive to justify the anti-people policies it doles out to her people (you inclusive)? If not, look inward and you will see you are deceiving yourself with this post. |

Earthscience: A lot of people couldn't comprehend the message in my comment. If a people from which the choose who represent them in the government are themselves not productive. Unable to make the best of the little that they have, how do you expect any miracle with the people in government since the are not different from you who choose not to be productive. CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME. |

Zxcvbnmghtr: Can you feed your entire family all year round with the farm produce from your backyard? You aren't different from Doyin Okupe who said we should start planting tomatoes in sacks and stop complain about tomatoe scarcity. |
