I will definitely hold the lady responsible. How could she have been sending money to her brother for 15 years without verifying through video calls or involving her relatives, who normally called her during her time abroad? I think there is more to this story than what we see.
....my brother the thing weak me, sending money without carrying out independent verification, she could have sent friend or another relative to confirm wether the house is being built.

DAT was how my bros wasted about #6million i sent to him to build up a structure when i traveled to canada.. d guy just wasted d whole money in clubing and buy a lexus 330 car. but i letter sold d car about 3.7mil sha.if not dat he is our last born i for just kill am dat time
