Physical appearance is sometimes deceitful even a slim person can have dangerous amount of fat(a.k.a skinny fat). So it's possible the person looking and the person being looked at won't know.

Let's not kid ourselves almost everyone tends to be cautious most especially women.

The "I do based on feelings" you wrote feels ironic. To me it majorly applies only for dating purpose/period.

When it comes to marriage, the average woman is even more brutal and cautious.
