Breaking Samson Siasia to be appointed Super Eagles coach in August His suspension ends this July so from August 1st he can return to coaching |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Philosopher1979: 10:48am On Jul 26 |
robosky02: I don't know if siasia will succeed as coach but our football at youth and grassroot level badly missed siasia. Without siasia 1. We did not qualify for 2 Olympics 2. We have not even been qualifying for chan talk less of doing well there. 3. At u20 level we have been underachievers. Remember siasia produced mikel and Co set. 4. Integrating home based players into the Super eagles has been difficult. Siasia knows how to motivate home based players and cure them of inferiority complex. 5. It's sad but from all evidence siasia is better than most if not all of our nigerian coaches. He may be mediocre but at least at youth level he can get results. He is better than most of our indigenous coaches. 6. Of course siasia is better than finidi. I will put aminike and siasia in the same range. 7. At least siasia has a working ohilosphy. Who can remember Olympic match in 2008 where we defeated belgium 4 0 under siasia. That is siasia at his best 8. Again our football badly misses Siasia 1 Like 1 Share |
