After so much hype, I decided to try "24" and I found out it is an overrated bunch of crap!

Stupid overrated series! Jack ruined it. All his scenes were too predictable, you always knew he would win! He also keeps breaking protocols and gets away with it all the time. He is also the one responsible for gross insubordination at CTU. All these things are not realistic and cannot happen in real life without dire consequences.

As the series stretches, Jack makes it more and more boring because of the predictability of his scenes and they always find a way of integrating him into each season.

One of his ridiculous scenes was when he hijacked the president's helicopter, bullied the president and handcuffed him. Is that how easy it is to get to a president? Or do they think it is kids that are watching the series? Infact he made a mockery of the security details of the United States President.

There was another scene where he was beating the Chief of Army Staff in front of the President in the white house! Honestly the series is a joke. No wonder it doesn't score high in best series rankings.

Infact they should have named it Jack Bauer so that we can know we are watching another James bond franchise. Even bond is still orderly and follows protocols unlike this mad and erratic jack Bauer.

I have deleted the entire series from my laptop, my only regret is the data I wasted downloading it and also the time I wasted watching it.

Funny how I quickly loved alternatives like THE UNIT and another one I've forgotten the name. If people dey talk of that 24 ehn. I go just dey observe cos I no understand wetin everybody dey enjoy.

Now this is a really good murder mystery that really kept me interested from start to finish. First new TV show I'll watch at a go within a single day/hours.

Nicole Kidman continues to solidify her prestige status. Very solid writing. Entertaining as well. A really good wild guess discovering the possible killer. Top tier cast with Kiev Shrieber and Meghan Fahy, Dakota Fanning. Top tier ensemble casting.
Netflix cooked with this one and I reckon it'd be up for awards next season.
The wild twists and turns and the end was really good. Love something that keeps you guessing most of the time.

I was on the fence about this at first. But after this trailer I'm a believer. 🙌🏽
Even the cast list makes it a must watch for me asides the interesting premise.

The quality is unprecedented. FX really cooked here. 🙌🏽

Seems there's more Creative categories this season, like stunt coordination, production design, costume design and hairstyling etc.

Which means more awards categories for some dominant shows to statpad.

Just finished the 3 episodes released. I'm still on the fence though tbh.

I understand Kevin Hart trying to break the typecasting thing , but it's almost impossible to see him through another lens of a regular actor.

I felt something he forgot he was suppose to be doing an accent, and just give chatting with his regular voice.

Terrance Howard and Samuel L Jackson really holding down the fort.

I will still see the coming episodes hopefully twill be better.

I was really scared in watching this series, cos the last show she starred in about couples was all over the place(Nine Perfect Strangers ).

Started Expats, didn't like the vibe.

Yeah, Prison break is good. I still have S1 to S3. I have deleted 4 & 5. I think they should just stop because it is becoming a joke already. The idea now is that he's an expert at jailbreak so they keep framing him up and sending him to different prisons around the world to help breakout some hardened criminals. We all know this is not realistic.

S1 was the bomb! 2 & 3 were also good. 4 was dedicated to finding a chip which doesn't make sense to me. 5 was another breaking out saga.

If you are talking about thrills and good acting, Hollywood is very good at that and you can see it in most of their movies so it is nothing special. But when it comes to the plot and storyline, how interesting, realistic and believable is it? That is what sets most of these movies apart.

Why do you think "Breaking Bad" is rated as number one on the list of best TV series of all time? It has a rating of about 9.5 or 9.6/10. It is not full of thrills, Infact some people consider it boring but when it comes to being realistic, it is as close to reality as possible and of course very interesting.

Downloaded those two when they aired. Fallout, I watched the first episode, stopped at ep 2. Haven't gone back to complete it since.

Ripley, I'm two episodes in, looks interesting a bit but it's proving to be a slow burn and might not be your cup of tea.

Wow, that show had me on edge. The ticking seconds time playing a part as well. Jack was never really finding it easy. Nina killed his wife remember? He literally lost his family. He died clinically at some point, he lost his new lover in Rennee Walker, his government gave him up to the Chinese and he became dumb. Man literally became a national security threat and was a victim of a national manhunt. Shit was full of suspense the whole damn time.

I understand what you mean though but It wasn't always like that, the show gradually built the reputation he had as the seasons progressed.

Goated show, they don't make them like that anymore.
