We are currently on course to build Africa's first space rocket which will launch home-built sattelites into space from right here in Nigeria. This is a thing i read about some 2 years ago and was confirmed to us by our professor who is on sabatical with us and is also the president of Nigeria's Institute of Physics.

There are many more things a lot of Nigerians and the rest of the world barely know about us. And i think its a problem with our media and our national orientation. Coming on NL and reading so many silly posts here from Nigerians, is something really disappointing!
