bro tis so confusing, I sent a package on the 24th of April to the USA California, over a month now... the recipient is yet to receive it.... RR052634321NG....this is the first time it will take much time than expected....most times tis within 10business days....the courier man claimed it has gotten to the USA on the 17th of may....I only gave them this week before I mete out my anger...

I normally track it on their website but unfortunately their website could not track any item again so I used trackingmore.com....I called the courier man on Monday n he said I should call back on Friday if my package is yet to be delivered because their officials are going to the airport on Friday...... I think the best thing is to go to the post office where u sent those doc n complain to them...

The best you can do is to tell the client to call back for her parcel that Is the best option,i almost told my sender to call back but I tried my best to the iphone7 yesterday


What courrier service did the sender use? UPS works together with NDLEA to extort money from people most especially when the shipping receipt show that the worth of the goods is above 1000usd

So try your best,go to NDLEA office at ikeja with the tracking number a try see some people around they will assist you

I don't know, is it possible for my items to be in Nigeria and the tracking feature not update it cos I don't want to believe that when USPS said an item will use 6 to 10 working days to get to Nigeria that it will then take more than 3 weeks.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

I called one number and the person told me that the parcel is already in Nigeria after I gave him the tracking number and he told me I'll have to pay 13500 to get the package.

Could that be true?

I've called NIPOST customer care line and was told that the package was sent to Ikotun, and that it is possible the package is for another which I don't believe. So I will open dispute on aliexpress and the seller should sort it out with them.

Please Guru in the house. I got a package sent to me 6/6/17. The sender made it Firstclass International delivery. it got it Insured as well. I tried tracking it this morning it says something like NOT TRACKABLE. My worries now is that. Did i track it too early or It not going to be trackable through out the processing. I need someone to break this down for me.

I want to know if normally First class International delivery does not track..
