STOP THIS NONSENSE. STOP COPYING THE WEST AND OPEN UP THE ECONOMY WITH COMPULSORY FACE MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCING.

THIS STUPID LOCKDOWN WILL NOT ACHIEVE ANYTHING.

FAMINE IS COMING. GHANA HAD THE RIGHT IDEA TO OPEN UP BECAUSE LOCKDOWN DOES NOTHING.

YOU CANNOT REDUCE CORONA VIRUS TO ZERO, NOBODY HAS DONE IT, NOT EVEN WITH THE STRICTEST LOCKDOWN.

FAMINE IS COMING.

Stop typing in caps.
It is so convenient that you didn't tell us what other things that Ghana is doing.
No one is targeting zero figure.

Nigeria is not copying the west, if it was, it will wait for thousands of deaths before instituting a lockdown.

Lagos seems to be utilizing the fund from FG well

You guys should try and read please before commenting. It's clearly mentioned as a PPP collaboration spearheaded by a private initiative.

Nigeria would have been a good country, if not for the lack of Unity of Purpose, we lack unity. We dont see ourselves as one.
If Lagos were to be a country it will compete with South Africa 100% on every level, even if the Western Nigeria were to be a country the development will be massive, because the Yorubas have a Sense of Togetherness. They see themselves as one.

Same with the Ibos, (The eastern Nigerian, it will be the taiwan of Africa, production of hub of the world) because they have Unity of Purpose, Same with the North they have this Unity of Purpose too.

The issue with Nigeria is lack of Unity. You wont blame anybody for this. Before the British came North were on their own , same with the West and East. There was Oyo Kingdom (it was a Kingdom) in the West, Biafra in the East and the Hausas of Fulani in the North.

Everybody was okay, but the British messed up everything, i feel they were scared for the repeat of the Indian/Pakistan war not to repeat itself in Nigeria that is why they did not divide us before they left.

India/Pakistan/Bangladash were one country before (India), before the British left they divided them. It resulted in war and famine.

You can read on the history of Africa and how Colonialism affected us.

I told a friend that Lagos state will extend the lockdown cuz the government and its workers won’t feel it as they would be paid but the masses who works on there own or works with private sectors would suffer it , especially with this news means they are ready for the scam business called lockdown
