First of all, why exactly do you think females assume that males should be more held responsible for their upkeep?

I agree with Gabry!!! I have a very lovely caring bf - and theres NO single day that we dont talk together!!! Before this relationship I was with another guy; he was lying, cheating, was rude, never called me, nothing!!! It took me a really long time to understand that the only way out is to leave him! I completely lost touch with him finally like 4 years ago and you know what? This guy is still trying sometimes to come back. I just ignore his messages on facebook!!!! I dont wanna go back to hells kitchen!!!! Never ever again in my life!!!! And I am so so happy without this person in my life!!! Lol!!! My advise: Leave this crazy guy and live your own life!!!! You just think you need him, but honestly, who needs a partner who is giving you such a hard time If you get to the point that you worry yourself more than being happy than you better shop the relationship!!!!

Good luck!!!
Family / Re: Would You Marry Someone Out Of Sympathy? by Sariba(f): 4:20pm On Aug 10, 2010
No! Why would you mary somebody for sympathy?
Romance / Re: Need Your Advice Or Comments: Please! by Sariba(f): 3:25pm On Aug 10, 2010
The key to keep up a successful long distance relationship is COMMUNICATION! For me only 1 SMS per week is not enough! Defintly not since you want to be a part of his life, you want to know how he is doing, how he is feeling etc. Communication costs money, thats true, although, there are many providers for cheap phone calls anywhere abroad!!! If thats still too expensive, try out Skype!!! So this cant be his excuse!!! What I would do, is either to stop contacting him; try to focus on other things (I'm not talking about getting to know other men!!!). Depending on how close you guys were before he travelled (I guess pretty close since he met your family) fly to the US!!! Better: Just tell him, when he calls you the next time, that you'll come to the US to visit him!!! Let see his reaction!?!? Dont tell him via SMS - better on the phone!!!

Dont wait and wait and wait if you are not happy with the situation!!! I mean you guys talked about everything, and it seems he is the one who is not keeping words!!! Right? So you need to find out for yourself what you want, dont make it dependant on what he wants!!!!!!!!

I wish you all the best!!!!
Greetings from Europe!wink

Depends! I am not Nigerian and I dont life in Nigeria,
I noticed ppl are much more fast forward in Nigeria, they coming up to you to chat, asking for your name, trying to exchange number etc.
At home, in Switzerland, usually they the only time you get posted is if you are in a club or bar,
I'd like a middle-thing; you know in Nigeria it's sometimes too much and in Switzerland the guys are just boring and shy!
Maybe we should start baking our dream men, one who knows how to talk to women?! Hehe, no, kidding, I found mine AND he's Nigerian!!! Lol

Thank you for your comments.

@ mbuela: Where did you get these information from?
I'm still trying to get in touch with the right ppl from Zara (not quite easy)

@zebra 543: I love Mango a lot, but since theres already one I gotta go for something else.
You probably right with the hype thing but you know, if I open a shop, I really wanna love it!!! You know?!
Should be something ppl love - not only bcz its a hype!

So, any other suggestions for labels or styles?
Romance / Re: If Ur Girl Is Too Demanding, What Do U Do? by Sariba(f): 4:08pm On Jul 19, 2010
I wish you to find somebody who appreciates without being so demanding!!!!
You seem to be a nice person - you just have to learn to say "no"!!!!

I wish you good luck, wink

Hi every1

I am moving from Switzerland to Lagos in around a years time together with my nigerian boyfriend.
Therefore I am looking around for a business opportunity. What I was thinking is buying a franchise from a fahsion company (both for men and/or women).
Last time I came to Lagos I saw that Mango has opened its first store, which shop, style etc. would you guys most love to see in Lagos?

I really hope for some feedback and thank you in advance!!!!

Thank you very much for your post!!! I really appreciate, wink

ZARA and H&M were only 2 examples. Yeah, I noticed Naija girls are quite fashionable, stylish and like to dress sexy.
Its quite difficult to find the right label. It probably has to be a stylish, sexy amercian brand?!?!

Thank you, all the best to to you too!
Come and visit me with all your friends as soon as I get my shop!!!!
I'll give you guys a good discount!!! grin
