sir help me out. I applied in 2007 as a visitor to uk wit d old pasport,then i was refused based on my status was nt guaranteed and my sponsor only provided pay slip. I was in a university then,bt i did nt finish due to one of my parent fell sick. I appealed then it was nt successful.Now I wanted to apply as a student again with my e-passport, i av paid d deposit required by the school. Dont u think my previous application wil affect me.
Pls advise me on how to prove my case b4 d BHC. Pls guide me on how to do it. Thanks.

PLS I NEEDED UR ADVISE ON THIS ISSUE, A COUSIN OF MINE HAS GOTTEN HER CAS LETTER, AND READY TO APPLY BUT HIS UNCLE GAVE HER ALL THE FOREIGN BANK STATMENT WITH LETTER AND A COURT AFFIDAVIT TO BACK IT UP, BUT THE UNION BANK OF NIG THERE IS AN ONLINE PRINTED STATEMENT AND THERE IS NO LETTER FROM UNION BANK TO COVER IT BUT HE TOOK IT TO THE COURT AND THERE IS NCOURT STAMP ON IT,
CAN HE PRESENT IT TO THE UK HIGH COMMISSION LIKE THAT.
PLEASE HELP HER OUT FROM UR WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE.

I also have a friend whose his dad boss wanted to sponsor her, he has provided all his bank act statement both naija and canada, will the uk high commission in nigeria allow hm to be the sponsor since they do not bear the same surname?
but the man has writen a letter to that effect and sworn an affidavit in the high court, he has even paid the deposit the school required.
please I needed your advise on this also.

IN 2007, I APPLIED FOR UK VISA AS A VISITOR WITH THE OLD PASSPORT(MRP), THEN I WAS IN A UNIVERSITY IN NIGERIA, THE VISA WAS REFUSED AND I FILLED AN APPEAL BUT IT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL ALSO.

LATER I FELL SICK AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO FINISH IN THE UNIVERSITY SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN WORKING AND NOW I GAINED AN ADMISSION INTO A COLLEGE IN THE UK AND I HAVE PAID PART OF THE SCHOOL FEES REQUIRED, BUT MY FEAR ARE:
1. WILL THEY STILL HAVE MY INFO IN THEIR DATA BASE SINCE I HAVE SAME INFO ON MY NEW EPASSPORT?

2. SHOULD I FILL YES IN THE COLUMN THAT SAY HAVE YOU BEEN REJECTED VISA BEFORE?
