Jobs/Vacancies / Why Are Networking Companies Using Fake Job Vacancies To Entice Job Applicants? by Seunfabs(f): 8:02am On Mar 09, 2023
My Experience With Neolife People[b]

Everything I learned the hard way.
"Don't leave your job unless you have gotten another one. Before you leave a job, plan, make sure you have emergency savings that can sustain you for six months without work"-Brother Joel said to me.
Does it enter my ears? It's like it entered through one ear and goes out through the other.
The first person to tell me that above statement was a church brethren; brother Joel. But, some of us don't learn by information all time until we experienced it.
I was a low-paid secondary school teacher when the urge for something different came, I wanted an environment with light, and I wanted a job that does not place pressure on my brain all time. I was very good at what I taught but I was underpaid with much stress.
A week before the school examination, I came across a post on FB. Since it's not the first time FB will bring me luck, I decided to apply. I applied. The next day I got a text to come for an interview, oh my goodness! my school was going to start their exam the day I was asked to come. I picked up my phone, called the principal, and took permission that I will be late to arrive at school on Monday. I went for the interview after I returned to school and finalized the examination invigilation.
I got a text to meet with the CEO the following day, and I went. After we sat for more than two hours watching a motivational video, the CEO came in, he introduced himself, few minutes into his speech, he sent a few people out because they refused to clap and stood at the right time. How I wish he had sent me out that time, I will know I only wasted #1600 on transportation for the two days and brace up. He told us about the vacant position, and salary, he told us we are going to pay #3,000 to become qualified. since I already asked some women selling around about them, I was told they help people with jobs wherever they want, I gave him 2k, and he also mentioned consultation programs but was yet to mention what his company does yet. I was allowed to leave by noon that day when I told them my school was writing an exam and I was part of the invigilator. They called us out one by one, it was later I knew they did that to avoid people communicating with one another.
Later in the evening, I got a congratulations text that I have been successfully employed, I should come the next day for pre-induction training. I went. I left there late, when I noticed I have been employed, in order not to put the principal that kept allowing me into trouble. I went back to school and made my intentions to quit known to the management team. I told them not to bother about my salary, also, I voluntarily agreed to mark all the exam scripts of the subjects I taught, I promised to mark and record them, then send them down to the school. I wish to focus on my new job properly, with the hope that I will get something by month's end.

On the fourth day, we watched motivational speeches tired, from one pastor to another. After the CEO told us they partner with Neolife, we would need to pay 72k to become enlisted. Later, in the evening, I got a text to come for my induction, I went, and we closed around 6 pm, watching a motivational speech on money and investment.
Going home that day, I felt like I have eaten it all(mo ti je tan), they'd gotten me. Several times people have discussed Neolife with me but I refused, why? I hated walking up and down selling drugs, I consider the people selling the drugs; it's an unbalanced equation.
"So, it's on this Neolife issue, I was wasting #800 every day on transportation"-I told myself.
I couldn't swear, I was just down within me. However, I told myself to go there one more time and ask some questions. When I got there the following week Monday, I kept telling the CEO I want to see him. "will I get the 40k salary you promised by month end"-I asked.
CEO - it's until I pay 72k, that I will be enlisted on Neolife payroll and also get some starter kits.
But sir, I don't have the money and I have nobody that can lend me the such amount?- I asked.
CEO- you can lend from all these loan apps, I am very sure by month's end, you will get enough money to pay it off.
That was when I knew, these people have nothing to offer me. I was depressed that I left a job without a salary, still took out of my savings and wasted, and lastly, the situation almost left me with no job, but on that very day, in my sad mood, I entered a big Supermarket with my big girl head and God favored me. I was employed with a better offer and my exact wishes; an environment with light; where I get to see people interact and a better offer came. My desire came, however, not in the direction I was watching.

Literature / A Good Pedigree Is Better Than Riches by Seunfabs(f): 10:50am On Aug 25, 2021
A man who pretends to be blind and beg for alms, so, one day he slept and dreamt he had no eyes but he was ' in the money' ,so, he thought God wanted him to use his eyes for money ritual, so that he will be wealthy. He thought his children and grandchildren will manage his wealth and take care of him.

When he woke up, he narrated his dream to his wife and family. They went to an herbalist, the herbalist being a good man refer them to a wise man,the wise man asked him some questions,he said he should meditate on it for a week.

The questions were;

" If you have money, can your money linger to 5 generations without it been mismanaged?

he asked him; how sure is he that his yet to come generations that doesn't work for the money will know the Value?

He also said,

what if you gather money and start a business, who knows, the business might flourishes and make you wealthy,
Then,
In return, the Business gives your family a good pedigree that you can give to your generations and then it will forever be said;

'In our Family, we worked for our wealth.
Business / Patriotism by Seunfabs(f): 2:54pm On Aug 07, 2021
What is Patriotism?

According to Merriam-webster dictionary, Patriotism can be define as love for or devotion to one's country. It is synonymous to nationalism.

Patriotism means doing the right thing in all circumstances, even when no one is watching you.It means choosing what is right over what is convenient.

A Patriot is someone who loves and who has sometimes fought for his or her country, therefore it takes commitment to be a Patriot.

Also one of the Objectives of National youth service corps enumerated in decree No. 51 of 16th June 1993; it is to inculcate discipline in Nigerian youths by instilling in them a tradition of industry at work and of patriotic.

What are the benefits of being Patriotic?
It promotes peace
It promotes oneness

The youth are often called the future of the nation. As leaders in various Fields,we will help improve the status of our country. For us to achieve Patriotism,we must shun dishonesty.

Therefore,as we walk the path of nation building, entrepreneurial development and relationships,I urge us all to walk in Patriotism.

Remember to survive in Peace and Harmony,United and Strong,we must have One People,One Nation,One Flag.Thank you
NYSC / Oyo State Secretariat by Seunfabs(f): 5:32pm On Jun 21, 2021
Hi guys,Can you imagine, I did relocation to OYO state and the next day after we left orientation camp,I went to the state Secretariat for my documentation, after I had submitted the compulsory forms,I and those present were told to leave, they said we should go and be checking our dashboard for a new state code and posting letter.

That sounds good right?

So I read it online that Max. 6days,I would have gotten a new state code and posting letter. After 6days that nothing has changed,I was worried,to make the matter worst,I have friends who did their own documentation after I did, whose state code had changed

But,

Finally, today after 13days, my state code changed

So Incase you did relocation to OYO STATE and you are yet to receive their state code, don't panic,be patient,so far you have done your documentation, keep calm and continue to check your dashboard, all I'm insinuating is "it might be more than 6days before you see a new state code"
at least, I'm a living example.
NYSC / My Journey From Abeokuta To NYSC Camp Assaya Kabba Kogi State by Seunfabs(f): 3:44am On May 18, 2021
I am one of those that got early to NYSC assaya-kabba camp.kogi state. i was the only lady,3guys were also present ,I wish to get the best out of this camping,so I came early,I meant a day before, I left abeokuta ogun state somewhere around 9 in the morning, I got here around 8pm. I boarded a bus from mowe to ibadan, from ibadan to ikare, from ikare to kabba and from kabba I took a bicycle to assaya which is where the orientation camp is. But on my way to kabba,I met a lady who was coming to the camp to sell, she said I should have boarded a bus to akure, from akure to ikare, from ikare to kabba... but then we learn new things almost everyday.

when I got to the camp gate,I met military men, they were accommodating, greetings here and there, probably because it wasn't rush hour, I can't say but as for me,they welcomed me well, they searched my bags, found nothing incriminating, asked for my call up letter after I was directed to do my covid-19 test then get my bed

like I said I was the only PCM(female around)so I had to stay with the female police officer that were around in one of the hostels.
They were friendly, one of them directed me to get food,we both went to fetch, they gave me opportunity to charge up my phone...
