Politics / Re: Buhari Rejects Results In 22 States And Fct by solomonwal: 12:54am On Apr 19, 2011
He is a bad loser. What gave him the assurance that he is going to win. He should accept the result in good faith. If he is interested in serving the nation as he made us to believe, he should put himself at the disposal of the elected president for the service of the nation. I think CPC have hidden agender and all Nigerians should reject the party in the governorship election.

I am of the opinion tha went for Pastor Tunde Bakare to get the southern votes, he miscalculated thinking he would be able to garner some votes in the predominant xtian south south and south east by chosing a pastor Tunde Bakare. I still respect pastor Tunde and I dont have any qualms with his VP candidature because he will help us to keep the unpatriotic and religious bigot general in line in case they succeded in rigging the election just the way he did in the north claiming all the northern state even where we have pdp governors. Kudos to Pastor Bakare. Buhari is bad loser.

MreverFrank you could make such comment because probably u dont live in the north and may not have witness lost of inocent lives. It will be better if the north and south can peacfully go apart and chart a new course for their respective nation as it is done in sudan

what evidence suggest rigging in the south?
did buhari campaign in all the south?
Did Buhari won all the north without rigging?

Buhari takes pleasure in seeing crisis in the north. Some us can still remember his comment during the sharia crisis in kaduna. I am not surprise at all. I m glad he lost the election.

Buhari is not a statesman, reading his alleged comment from aljazera news network show he is a very selfish man. He has lost the regards i have for him.
Politics / Shouldn't Nigeria Borrow A Leaf From Sudan Referendum by solomonwal: 10:42pm On Apr 18, 2011
With the attendant violence that has characterised the response of the northerners to the result of the presidential election. Is it not high time we consider the future of Nigerian state as two independent sovereign nations northern Nigeria and southern Nigeria? It is my humble submission that the nation is being coerced to be one, a kind of forced unity. We should face the reality of out time and carry out a national referendum on the continuous existence of Nigeria as one nation. It is obvious that this forced nationhood is not working.

Let us peacefully and peaceably split up the nation along the line of demarcation revealed in the presidential election to stop incessant wanton destruction of lives and properties that have become exclusive preserve of the north who use every opportunity to burn churches and kill southerners and non Muslim.

Once again Muhamadu Buhari has shown that he is a bad loser, self centered and arrogant. He rejected the result of the election because he lost in the south but it obvious he won the whole of the north except for plateau, benue and Kwara. He needs to accept defeat in good spirit and put the national interest before his selfish ambition. This election has shown a clear and proper way the Nigerian state should be divided to ensure lasting peace. The national fault line has been revealed I only wish we could be courageous like the SUDAN nation to embrace the fact that Nigerian nation as it is, is not workable. when a section of the nation gives religious interpretation to a national election, throw caution to the wind and start burning churches. Are churches own or run by PDP? Let us remember it was the same party PDP that brought Yaradua into power. Can someone please tell me the link between PDP wining in the south and burning churches in the north.

What we need Nigeria is a referendum to discussed wether we want to remain as one nation or wether we like to go the Sudan way north and southern Nigeria. This discussion should be on the table and we should not be afraid of discussing the future of Nigeria as two sovereign nations at peace with itself. This is the time for referendum in order to put a stop to continuous destruction of lives and properties of soutrherners who lives in the north.

The concept of one Nigeria is a forced nationhood and it has undermine the growth and development of this nation since independence. Let us peacefully without war split Nigeria into two nations  norther Nigeria and southern Nigeria,
