Business / Re: How Is The E-cigarette Market In Nigeria? by stocknrock: 9:34pm On Nov 10, 2014
There is a brand called tycigs. I have seen them advertised on nairaland. They're also sold on Jumia, Konga and Spar. Seems like they've cornered the market, and their prices are as hahn said, around the 4 - 5k range. Perhaps you could check them out to see what they're doing.

Nice choices,

Skye Bank ==== They've lost the opportunity to drive the price, price needs to drop well for us. Apologies to those who own it. But i want it too.

DSR===== Immediate Buy (Bought this after it was marked down)

First Bank=====Since you want Medium term. This is a good candidate.

Fatherof2. what happened to GTB? I thought you were a real fanatic, you no dey buy again?

As for the uploads and pictures that are not coming through, I think seun's storage space from his webhost is reaching its peak, so he has to curb the rate at which people upload pictures and sort. If the cash he gets from google adsense is enough provided you peeps click on ads and dont just chit chat about stock market tips then he should buy more space and allow the gurus to keep posting pics. just my opinion.

This is the first time in a while I am seeing RED in my portfolio, this thing bad o!

Does anyone know the issuing house for MTI? I know it has closed, but Im sure someone has a broker who warehoused it, abeg if you have any information, I wouldnt mind getting it just send me your email and Ill reply. Thanks

Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by stocknrock: 4:32pm On Mar 25, 2008
If the fact that most companies are closing shop for 1st quarter is the reason why there is so much red on the floor of the exchange, then I undoubtedly expect this bear slashing to keep up until the end of the week.

I would advise novice investors buying on speculation to keep off the market atleast until next week, that way alot of buying opportunities can present themselves and it could be the resuscitation of the bulls.

Right now, I dont want to panic sell, but I hate seeing a 10% loss after purchase especially on a fundamentally sound stock.

PLUS.

someone gave me a rumour about prospective buyers in livestock feeds, thats why I went ahead to get it, dont know how true it is, but if someone has some news about it. Ill appreciate it. Thanks

For now.

UBA, FIRSTBANK, OCEANIC, DIAMOND AND FCMB ARE GOOD BUYS.

DISCLOSURE. I ONLY HAVE FIRSTBANK AND OCEANIC BUT LOOKING TO GET THE OTHER 3 AS SOON AS RESULTS ARE NEARING.

Is it just me or is there something wrong that I do not know anything about?

How can dang sugar declare a bonus of 1 for 5 and that is met with a 5% loss in price?

Is the result that bad?
Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by stocknrock: 11:14am On Mar 13, 2008
Well it did open lower today at 5.62 and it seems buyers have started bidding up its price, as at now 5.8, so it seems there is a bullish reversal in order. Ill wait to see how the market closes today before placing an order to get me more units tomorrow. chao grin
Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by stocknrock: 10:52am On Mar 13, 2008

As for maybaker, I cannot upload the candles here, but it seems it is on a bullish reversal after the 3 something widows. I dont know the grammer wey aktopgun dey use for am.

But I think it would form a bullish pattern which would confirm its reversal.

Oga wanaj0. abeg wetin u think?

Im thinking of selling my UAC-Prop after 5% gain after commision to enter UnionDicon for a quick CICO and maybaker for the long haul. what do you think?
Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by stocknrock: 11:25pm On Mar 12, 2008
I was over at my brokers office today and after checking my cscs online statement, I found out that they had credited my international breweries PO.

I immediately issued a sell mandate.

How come nobody noticed UnionDicon, it seems a temporary reveral (Quick CICO) has appeared for the stock, plus it is illiquid.

AKtopgun, Abeeeg you fit shine candle for uniondicon, make we see wetin e dey do.

Plus I sold 40% of my dunlop holdings at 7.14 and plan to re-enter when it bottoms out, this one na turn around stock and I dey kampe. e dey pain me as I no get abc bus wey na dunlop tyres I come dey use without car how I wan take wake.

Is it just me or is Dunlop looking attractive for re-entry?

WindyWendy, do you think itll be safe to enter now?
Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by stocknrock: 12:03am On Mar 11, 2008
I might not be an insightful poster on this thread as I do not have up to date stock market tips

But I have made money from this thread as have alot of people.

and I really do not care how old you are, or how achieved you are, or how many units of each stock you hold. It all doesnt matter as this is a faceless forum.

If you are not willing to disclose your account balance, or portfolio balance then you do not have to disclose your name, age or any other personal data of yours.

The only one thing I think should be different amongst everyone on this forum should be their wealth of knowledge and how they intend to share it with others.

As long as this remains a faceless forum I believe myself to be a female or male or young or old, it all doesnt matter, we are sharing stock market tips and I do not think it necessary to deviate from that up until a point whereby we start calling each other names over matters that don't pertain to the stock market.

I have enjoyed reading each post on this forum, as I am a silent reader and my hand is always on the refresh button. Right now I have so many CICO opportunities but not enough money to put in all of them, thanks to all the gurus who are sharing their knowledge relentlessly on this forum.

I do not plan for the knowledge sharing to end as I still have alot of money to be made from the NSE as do alot of us here.

So I kindly indulge everyone here, regardless of your age or status to kindly BEHAVE AND RESPECT YOURSELF

Thanks all Folks!
Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by stocknrock: 4:51pm On Mar 10, 2008
Does anyone have any considerable info on uniondicon? It has been losing steam for a while now and it looks like a good CICO stock.

Windy Wendy, I would appreciate your insight.
Investment / Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by stocknrock: 1:26am On Mar 09, 2008
All I can say right now is that looking at the charts

I can see up to 5 stocks that are ready for a quick CICO ready monday.

But since my broker na ajebo broker, it would be in my own best interest to diclose this CICO stocks AFTER I don recieve tradealert.

Cos e be like say na after I mention say I wan chop bigtreat bread for 1 week clean mouth, na him person for this forum e fit be go buy the factory close down my own chop. pumpin you are suspected

So Ill wait.
