Free float for FMN should be about 35%. The full bid in FMN has caused contagion effect in HONEY, to be honest I am not sure how the pending transaction with FMN positively affects HONEY but I will find out OakPearl: |

I dropped initial info here two weeks ago, seems the news has cast in upper circles as it’s on full bid now. I will drop more info: they’re at SEC for an equity related transaction which should be completed before end of year. I quoted ~#60 as a target price but I think I misheard, now hearing ~#70 can be a reality. Do your own DD vacanci: 4 Likes |

I recommend that everyone follows Cardinal stones equity reports. They published report on Total Energies at the 52wk low of #321.50 in May, with a forecasted 12M target price of ~600, I quietly took position, and have gained +109% on the stock. They're forecasting 1trn in Revenue, #125 EPS (vs #38 in '23) and #82DPS (vs #25 in '23) megawealth01: 7 Likes 1 Share |

Understood. FM should still be a buy but please DD, I don’t think it’ll get to that my target of #60 in one day. With regards DangSugar no information but I will revert to you if I hear anything Hedgefunds: |

GT was successful. You have to remember it’s largely institutional investors buying up, retail is a very tiny fraction and the foreign investors love GT. But I applaud them as their advertising touched everywhere. Streetinvestor2: 5 Likes |

At present they have notified SEC of their intent to do RI and instead of making a mistake like Accessco i.e a price that is at premium to Secondary market (although it was successful and fully subscribed) they have tested the waters with a blank RI price to SEC. Against policy. I can provide more info but I don't want the news to cast and for volumes to spike and impact the transaction. Maybe a day or two before it drops but I think what I dropped regarding consolidate or hold a few weeks back was a good enough recommendation. Based on what im hearing ~#60 can be a reality. Further info on this, the exit by the PE will likely be a public offer/ offer for sale. So not necessarily a dump in the market and investors will likely be aware ahead of time. Think back to MTN IPO in 2019, and then offer for sale in 2021 at a discount to market price. Seems to be the case here again. When exactly will it be, not sure, will bring more information here as it comes Sunrisepebble: 5 Likes |

For those that want to enter Aradel this late and at this expensive price, let me add a caveat emptor. A PE firm that holds significant portion wants to exit on the NGX, so buyer beware. Don’t come and compare yourselves to us that have gained 100%+ already 7 Likes 1 Share |

What is the reason behind the 100k rule? Was there a particular incident or what are NGX trying to avoid. Honestly, the NASD method of using a Volume Weighted Average Price reflects demand and supply dynamics better in terms of price movement 1 Like |
