That will be a reasonable thing to say, it will also show that you are not desperate to leave Nigeria.

Exactly, I'm a student and the initial purpose plan was 4 d holiday..12 days which is no longer possible because my sch resumed..Is it okay for me to tell the ECO that the plans have changed and i wish to travel during Easter break due to school back on session
justwise:

It depends on the purpose of your travel and your condition in Nigeria, if you have applied on time and they delayed it then you don't have to worry about the date, you may still be given a visa for future use.

Thank you so much @justwise..One more thing..The travel date on the application has passed..Dunno why it took so long..The sponsor in UK received a call from them about 11days ago and i was contacted yesterday.. Hope this doesn't affect anything?? Look forward to ur response Master Justwise smiley
justwise:

You don't need to go with any additional documents, they will ask you questions base on the info you provided on the application form and the purpose of your travel.
