@Mamayak, well been there at a point and it was very tough to take that decision. I was opened to using it but my husband was not comfortable with it and at that point i thought it was selfish of him and was very angry. But as time went on i found out it would be better to go ahead with using it only if he consents so as to avoid issues later on.
We are still waiting though but i am happy i hesitated as his hormones balanced some months after that and we are going on with treatments.
I feel you have to both fully agree and be both comfortable with using donor sperm before going ahead with it.

I understand you may be feeling down after trying several medications but would be glad if my hubby had at least 4mil.
Why don't you try iui with that number. That's another option i think you can take.
We have been battling azospermia for years now and even been in a situation where no sperm was found after egg retrieval(ivf)
But the good news is that my husband's hormones are now balanced as this had been the issue for years. He took fertiaid with count boost and I think it helped balance the hormones. Another thing that he did was loosing weight, cutting down on carbs, taking more of fruits and vegetables with taking no sugar and processed foods.
Would like to know if there is any other thing than can help with sperm production. Heard of Dr. Quick but the pharmacies we checked do not have.

You can start by reducing the carbs in your diet especially rice and starchy solids, and try to consistently take a walk probably in your neighbourhood like walk a minor of 1hr per Saturday if you don't have time.Also Moringa seeds destroys your pot belly but not so good for fertility in women.

@uche13. It is well with you.I think there may be supplements that can help. Its better you visit an urologist so as to know what could have caused the hormonal imbalance. For azospermia cases, ivf/icsi really helps.This involves sperm extraction

@bolatee hmmmm. Been quiet about st. ives for a while. My medical history is similar to yours as we are battling male issues too. Went to st. ives in 2014 during their promo. My period did not come a long time after the procedure and all the while i kept going to st. ives, the nurses were giving me attitude. The last thing i was told was to stop taking the medications and the period will come. Nobody told me anything about what could have caused a negative result. I had serious OHSS. infact my tummy was soo big that i thought i was probably pregnant. I was almost confused with another patient on the day of transfer until i reminded them i had no medical issues.
The problem with them is that they just pack and treat everybody the same way with the same treatments forgetting that we have different issues.
I really do not know about their normal ivf treatment but their promo is not it at all for me.

She was 6 months by the time we knew she was pregnant cus she stayed away from home for those period and only came at the earliest stage. By the time the baby came, we all forgot she had the baby in school cus everyone loved that child.
The baby is now 13 years old and a source of joy to all of us.
Let the pregnancy be and have that child. You have just 3 months to go.

Hello fruitful mamas. I just want to encourage for as many as are willing to go to the next holy ghost service at R.C.C.G. I remember last year September service(the key of David was the theme). It was announced that we should not watch on t.v but come to the camp cus at a point all media equipments were turned off. The good news is that God answered me in that service after waiting for almost 6 yrs. May God visit us as we attend too in Jesus name.

I think you should try the IVF option first which will be after you have conducted the necessary tests for yourself and your wife and there are no other options aside adoption. There are hospitals that run promos once or twice a year. just try to find out and be prayerful and positive about it.
