Yesterday, photos of a young Ghanaian diagnosed with terminal cancer surfaced on Facebook. The boy had asked to see the insides of an aeroplane for the first time, and the hospital staff teamed up with Delta airline at the Kotoka Airport in Accra to grant the young child his dying wish. Ghana Celebrites reports that his parents couldn’t afford the medical treatment the child needed and left him at home until his condition deteriorated. Read Ghana Celebrities’ post on the subject: “A child is in an ambulance heading to kotoka airport , u know why,? He want to see an aeroplane before he die, yes die , his parents couldn’t afford treatment for cancer and he was kept at home till it got worse. Now there is nothing to do and he will die any moment from now but he begged the hospital to make him see a plane before he die. Delta gave him a treat-jst now.” See the photos:

How loose is Loose. Vaginal tone or strength is just like the firmness of our skin or body size. Some women are born with firm, well toned skin whereas some are more flabby. As for body size, some of us have bigger build than others. I think the same holds true for the vagina. Some women are naturally looser or bigger than others. Pointers includes: When you have trouble holding your urine. – Many women with stretched vagina have a problem with urine leakage. This happens especially when they laugh, cough or sneeze. When you find that you need to insert bigger objects larger than your fingers into the vagina for masturbatory stimulation and arousal it could be a sign that you have a looser vagina. When you can insert three or more fingers simultaneously into your vagina without significant resistance of your vaginal walls, chances are that you have a loose vagina. Insert your index finger into your vagina and try to grip it with your vaginal walls by contracting your vaginal muscles. If you have difficulties to do this it is one more sign that you might have a loose vagina. When your can see the vaginal orifice when you take a vagina selfie without spreading out the labia. When you have difficulty to achieve an orgasm unlike before. Taking in air during sex or the increase likelihood of air getting into the vagina – known as ‘fanny farting’ When your hubby seems not into sex like before and you have difficulties turning him on and satisfy him as before or when he suddenly begins to find it hard to climax or retain his erection after hours of sex. When hubby demands that you close your legs tight during intercourse Now there are dynamics that needs to be explained properly, You can determine vaginal looseness by doing the finger check or the kegel ball test. For the finger check test you need to slide your index finger into the vagina and see if you can feel it. Then two fingers (index and middle) to gauge tightness as compared to 1 finger. If you can slide in three fingers (middle, index and ring finger hold together) and can’t feel much, than most probably the vagina is a bit loose. Ben Wa ball test is done by holding the ball with your vagina. The longer the better. A tight vagina can hold the ball even you are squatting. Your vaginal tone is good if you can stand with legs wide apart without the ball dropping out. The vagina is slack or loose if the ball drops out even if you are standing with your legs closed. I don’t think any of us would want to be at the last stage of the above two tests before we do something about vaginal relaxation or loose vagina, right? As we embark on our journey to womanhood – from puberty, virgin, sexually active adult, marriage, motherhood and menopause, the vagina will undergo changes. In my vaginal looseness myths, I have mentioned that childbirth and being sexually active will not loosen the vagina. BUT it will definitely be stretched. That’s inevitable. Prevention is better than cure. Don’t wait until it is loose to do something about it. When the vagina is tight, maintain that tightness with herbal supplements. And use herbal supplements to gradually restore slack vaginal tone.I am sure we have heard lots of vaginal looseness myths, so it is time to address this issue and separate the myths from the truths. Myth 1 : Vaginal looseness is an indication that you are a good time girl. Truth : The vagina being a muscular tube will expand and stretch to accommodate whatever is inside it. When it is empty, the vagina walls touch each other. In fact, having regular sex increases the muscle tone of the vagina and not decrease it. Sex is a form of exercise. You can make love everyday for a year and it won’t make your vagina looser than it was before. On the other hand abstaining from sex for a long time would not make your vagina any tighter. Myth 2 : All Men Prefer a Tight Vagina Truth : We assume that all men like a tight vagina. This is one of those vaginal looseness myths we have been conditioned to believe. Fact is, in reality, some men prefer a slightly loose vagina for easier penetration and harder and faster thrusting. Case in point is my friend whose vagina is not as tight as before child birth. Her husband is much happier with her slightly loose vagina now and they have a much satisfying love life. The men also play a part in relation to the tightness of the vagina. If his penis size is below average, then it is hard to feel the friction and pleasure during your intimate moments. So ladies, don’t think that it is always your fault. Myth 3 : It Is Always Good to Be Tight Than Loose Truth : Far from it. It isn’t always a good thing for the woman. A tight vagina indicates that she is not sufficiently aroused yet. When your desire is ignited, the vagina should naturally loosen, vaginal lubrication flows and the cervix opens up for easier penetration. This means that your vagina should be looser and lubricated during penetration and not tight and dry. If it is, then your partner might take it that you are not ready or do not want to make love. Myth 4 : Smaller Girls have Tighter Vagina than Taller, Bigger Girls Truth : As mentioned above, our female Instruments is elastic, stretchable and expandable, sometimes to two times it’s size during sexual intercourse. Body size is irrelevant. Smaller, thinner girls have smaller pelvic structure but is not an indication that they have smaller internal organs. Regardless of size, some women are a little tight because they have a thicker hymen or their muscles contract with more force. Myth 5 : Penetration and Childbirth Causes Vaginal Looseness Truth : Our reproductive organ changes its size to embrace the object inside it, then it returns to its previous state after penetration. Since penis size is nowhere near the size of a full-term baby, penetration doesn’t make the vagina loose. Similarly, child birth results in little changes. However, slight changes might occur when an incision is made through the perineum to enlarge the vagina to ease the delivery of the baby. The changes will be noticeable if you have given birth to a large brood. With the common vaginal looseness myths debunked, the problem of a loose vagina is more a state of our mind. If you are having a satisfying love life, then vaginal looseness should not be a cause for low self-esteem, depression or embarrassment. But, just as we exercise, take supplements and use facial products to stay youthful, why not do the same for our intimate area? Regardless of whether there are any truths in the vaginal looseness myths, it is always beneficial to do Kegel exercises, use Ben Wa balls and supplements with loose vagina remedies for heightened sensations for both partners. |

Even for the most fearless amongst us, job interviews can be nerve wracking. In order to give us the best chance of success we tend to prepare for many of the difficult questions we anticipate, questions like: -Why should we hire you? -What can you do for us that other candidates can’t? -What are your key strengths and weaknesses? Of course, you can never predict how an interview will go and what questions you will get. You might get an interviewer who fires one tough question at you after the other, or one that turns the interview into a more comfortable, natural two-way conversation. Preparing, therefore is difficult. In most cases we practice the answers to a long list of possible questions. The problem is that this can leave you over-prepared and as a consequence your pre- conceived answers can come across a bit robotic. From my experience, there are really only 3 questions you have to prepare for and you can link most of the interview questions back to these three. Preparing for these three questions also means you can answer most questions more naturally, simply by referring mentally back to your preparations for these three questions. Basically, any interviewer wants to establish 3 key things: 1. Have you got the skills, expertise and experience to perform the job? 2. Are you enthusiastic and interested in the job and the company? 3. Will you fit into the team, culture and company? However, during the job interview, the interviewer might use many different questions and angles to get to the answers. If the interviewer doesn’t get what he or she wants from one question, they might ask them in different ways. Or they might probe from different angles to test for consistency in your answers. Here is what’s behind these 3 questions: 1. Have you got the skills, expertise and experience to perform the job? Think about the key skills you might need for the job you have applied for and assess your own level of expertise and experience in that context. It makes sense to identify the more specific or technical skills that your potential employer might expect as well as some more generic skills such as being a good communicator, having good IT skills, being a team player, etc. Once you have prepared for this question it will help you answer many different interview questions without getting sidetracked into talking about things that are not relevant. Remember that you want to demonstrate that you are aware of the key skills, expertise and experience required to do the job and that you have what it takes to perform it. Always go back to the key skills, expertise and experience when answering scary (and sometimes silly) questions like: -Tell me about yourself? -What are your greatest strengths / weaknesses? -What can you do for us that other candidates can’t? -Why do you think you are right for this job? -What do you think the main challenges will be? -Etc. 2. Are you enthusiastic and interested in the job and the company? Any potential employer wants to know that you are interested in the company and excited about the prospect of working there. You therefore want to demonstrate that you have researched the company, understand its strategy, current performance, structure, market position and products and that you can’t wait to join them. For most, you will have done your homework before you even applied for the job, but if you haven’t then check out the about us’ section on their website and search for the latest strategy documents, annual reports, key statistics as well as the company history. Show that you know them and demonstrate your enthusiasm for the job and company. Here you might also want to think about your ambitions and how they fit into the company you have applied for. You can then use the insights for answering questions such as: -What do you know about our company? -What do you think our company is aiming to achieve? -What do you know about our products and services? -Why do you want to work for this company? -Why do you think this job is right for you? -What motivates you? -Etc. 3. Will you fit into the team, culture and company? This final key question is about your personality and your style and how you as a person fit into the team and culture of the company. Companies have different cultures, which translate into different ways of behaving and working. It is important to make sure you fit in and don’t feel like a fish out of water. In fact, it is important for the company as well as for you. Again, hopefully you will have done some research prior to applying for the job. Sometimes, it can be tricky to find detailed knowledge about the company culture, in which case you simply talk about your assumptions and why you feel you fit in. One relatively new website that offers a glance inside companies is Glassdoor. The site is still in its infancy but provides a growing amount of data and information about what it is like to work for different companies. You want to map the culture of the company or the team you are planning to join and compare this to your personality traits, style and behaviors. Again, once you have done this you can use it to answer questions such as: <b >-How would you describe your work style? -How would you describe yourself? -How would your colleagues describe you? -What makes you fit into our company? -What makes you a good team member? -If you were an animal, what animal would you be? -Etc. Of course, any interview is a two-way process. In the same way the interviewer wants to find out that you are right for the company, you need to assess whether the company is right for you. Each of the questions can be turned around so that you can assess: 1. By joining this company, will I make best use of my skills and expertise and will they help me to grow them further? 2. Is the company excited about having me work for them and will they give me the necessary support? 3. Is the company culture the right fit for me so that I can flourish and be myself? If you ask relevant questions from your point of view then this will make the interview more balanced and create a more natural conversation. I hope this is useful? Please let me know your thoughts and share any comments you might have on the topic. 3 Likes

A Cambodian boy, Uorn Sambath, has made an unlikely friend with a 220-pound python snake. The snake, named Chamroeun, which means “progress” crawled into their lives as a baby snake seven years ago, when Uorn was only three months old. According to his parents, Uorn used to sleep together with the snake in his cradle, and learned to crawl with him. Their bizarre bond has turned the pair into a tourist attraction in their remote village. The python only eats chicken, about 22 pounds per week, which has become quite a financial strain to the family It has been one or two years since I have seen this kid and his best friend, the python is growing up fast, look how big it is now, just hope the friendship will last. But parents should be more careful because wild animal stays wild animal as it is getting bigger it needs more food supply.

HAVE you ever noticed the way children ask questions? Many start asking as soon as they learn to speak. With wide, eager eyes, they look up at you and ask such things as: Why is the sky blue? What are the stars made of? Who taught the birds to sing? You may try hard to answer, but it is not always easy. Even your best answer may lead to yet another question: Why? 2 Children are not the only ones who ask questions. As we grow up, we keep asking. We do this in order to find our way, to learn of dangers that we need to avoid, or to satisfy our curiosity. But many people seem to stop asking questions, especially the most important ones. At least, they stop searching for the answers.Others worry that asking questions could lead to shame or embarrassment. This reminded me of my school days, i was wit my friends and asked this horrible question: When wil chelsea play second leg match with barca?'' and dat was after chelsea hav won the trophy and my friends was lik Daniel u are dull. That was my awkward moment but i did not let dat stop me frm askin questions. Now tell me ur worst question u av ever asked. |
