Literature / Re: Lagos Government Hosts Wole Soyinka's 90th Birthday Event (Pictures, Video) by zomby(m): 12:18pm On Jul 17
SmartPolician:

That's false. Wole Sonyinka had access to all the presidents he criticised. He would always visit them in Aso Rock but became their nightmare at some point.

Now, instead of criticizing his friends in power, he is busy attacking Obi and OBIdients (young people demanding a working country in their time). It was Wole Sonyinka's generation that destroyed the prosperous country the British handed over to them.

However, OBIdients want to stop Nigeria from being a global disgrace in their time, but Soyinka is attacking them instead of attacking his friend destroying what's left of the badly damaged country.

Hello Gbajue society.
I'm not surprised at all with the way your thought process is designed; it is expected, you can't give what you do not have.

As if it's all Igbos that have dignity. Any small thing you people are quick to involve tribe in it. You guys are becoming worse than the Ronu gangs sadly. I'm yoruba by the ways, voted obi , voted Jonathan and I'm a Christian.

Just like you, I was leaning towards voting for Bitter Obi until I started to witness the level of uncivilization and senselessness of his people...And the man on the other hand didn't have the wisdom to quickly address the issue and convert their negative energy into a positive movement.
If you can't control your people, you definitely can't handle Nigeria as the president. Thank God we rejected Gbajue method of operation.

Nigeria will be Great Again!

A decent relationship deserves a decent couple, when a lady constantly asks for money with nothing from her on the table, you’ve got to let her go.
Why?
The situation (begging for money) doesn’t get better; with time a greedy pig will eventually become a greedy elephant. And if you can’t maintain she will find other that can maintain

Yes, Davido's family may be wealthy, but this dude works extremely hard (day and night) to make his own money. Therefore, for any senseless human being to show up here to castigate the way he chose to celebrate his wife, his young family and himself is completely unwise. The unacceptable behavior by this blockhead rookie president maybe a deliberate move to impress the senseless, lazy South African drunks, who see Nigeria/ Nigerians as a threat.

Whatever it may be, Nigeria and Nigerians will continue to break records all across the world; we’ll remain unmatchable, untouched and unstoppable.

Nigeria will be great again!!!

Yet u feel Rama doesnt rate PBAT

Hotel visit even confirmed that the shameless move was deliberate…for this reason, his hotel visit isn’t good enough.
He will surely regret his shameless move.

Putting the Nigerian president, president Bola Ahmed Tinubu on a second role is a major mistake by a rookie South Africa president, a positive lesson for Nigerians and the Nigerian presidential protocol.
The presidential protocol should have known in advance where president Bola Ahmed Tinubu was going to sit before he left Nigeria.

As the elected chairman of the ecowas and the president of a country that was there when South Africa was in the dark, placing President Tinubu on the second roll is unacceptable and a slap on all Nigerians’ faces.
A new president simply doesn’t know when or who he may need in future. Without any doubt, this move was deliberate to debase Nigeria and Nigerians… But something tells me that the South Africa president will regret his shameless move.

I can trust the Jagaban of Africa, the master strategist… Let’s continue to watch the movie.

Adeboye is now very silent, he was loudest during GEJ. What happened to his voice
Because Adeboye is not a foool. Only a blooodyfool will attempt to compare Badluck Jonathan to Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Whether you want to believe it or not, it is up to you, but I can tell you for free that Badluck Jonathan is a nice guy, but not a leader. He isn’t mentally strong enough to manage Nigeria accordingly. During his time in the office, it was free money for all..nobody respected the man in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. His wife on the other hand was also a very bad news. Everybody stole money.
Badluck Jonathan poor leadership/ management skills is part of the reasons why our country is on the floor today.

Many believe that Nigeria was better during Badluck Jonathan time, but these people are not smart enough to realize that during Badluck Jonathan’s era, 90% of the time, Nigeria was simply spending credit card. It was a free fall that is still affecting our country negatively today.

So, when we are talking, please do not mention Badluck Jonathan. Now that he has many shoes, let him continue to wear them and travel around the world
LEADERSHIP IS NOT FOR EVERYONE!

Nigeria will be great again, When? Fucking when, back then some countries were in the same mess we are in then, but now things have turned around for them but see Nigeria, stuff getting worse.

I can tell you for free that this is the first time in many years that things are being done accordingly; NO PAIN NO GAIN.

Take your time and look around the world, every country is going through different struggles, even usa, Uk, France and Germany are also facing their own unique economic crisis.
We, Nigerians are simply used to bandaging ourselves to survive year after year, which has never really taken us anywhere. You can’t continue to do the same rubbish and expect a new or a better outcome…This is the time to tackle the pain, resolve all the issues and make tomorrow better.

Don’t ever forget that Nigeria is not a simple country to manage; too many social and political obstacles. For this reason, I believe that if we are patient, patriotic and willing to work with this admin, sky will be the limit for Nigeria.

If Eedris truly cares, he would have demanded to meet with the president to discuss the progress of the country and where he could help.
The dude is too old to be running around putting together rap songs that have no rhyme.

Go and speak to folks to truly know Eedris; they will let you know that Eedris is not an activist. The dude is just simply looking for food to eat…unfortunately, Naija current situation is available.
I wonder what Eedris will do when things improve in nigeria?

2023 presidential election truly reflects the will of Nigerians. Tinubu is the most preferred and Atiku was next. Peter Obi was never the will of Nigerians but that of Igbos.
So far, the post-election conduct of the 3 candidates is not disappointing. Atiku is cool and very calm. Personally, I'm beginning to like him. That angulu criminal will never be president.

Bitter Obi aka the empty headed soul. No charisma, no leadership skills and no communication skill…all IWEKA from the top to the bottom.
He will only led the pigs, but will never lead Nigeria.

Make we hear word, there are so many children without fathers that still made it in life. There is no excuse in struggling as a man, the worst thing that can happen to a man is to put your trust in another man's wealth or depend on another man to survive.

Here we go judging a book by its cover! It is obvious that you did not catch the gist.
I will speak for Abdul Mumuni... If you take a time out to get to know this dude, the first thing you will discover is his hard working mentality, in fact, I will not be surprised if he, on his own has accomplished much more than your entire family.
His action or decision to speak up doesn't mean he is putting his trust in another man's wealth, but simply trying to claim what belongs to him, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
The man lost his dad and mom in a very unusual/ unpleasant circumstances at a very early age..but yet he doesn’t hate Nigeria or despise any tribes, but simply keeps it moving (unlike a certain group in the country that blames everyone for their perpetual failure). He is a leader and a survival...In fact, he may even end up being the governor of Ogun state in the near future.

My point here is, it isn’t decent to judge others without wearing their shoes for a minute. MKO children have the rights to fight for all that their father worked for..

Nothing but the truth.
Even folks in USA, UK, France and Germany are struggling to make ends meet. Same goes with other Spanish and African countries all around the globe. What is important at the moment is having a leader that has a vision to make things right. Things may not be perfect on ground, but for the first time in Nigeria we are experiencing a leader that is working day and night to make our country great again.
