They just want to sight your credentials and ask you few questions on your area of specialisation and why do you want to join the bank, your career aspiration e.t.c. It is very brief and is done by one of the HR Staff.

It is a pity that Nairaland that serves as source of information that benefits job seekers some years ago now turn to a platform of self centeredness where people only ask for how to write tests and attend interviews without corresponding info on how an un-invited fellow can benefit. Before now,one cannot count numbers of people that got employed through gatecrashing tests and interviews but our fellow nairalander now will only ask for assistance on how to pass but hide how their helpers will get the venue/date.Take for instance the FBN interview for experience hire which we were told will be conducted in Lagos,Ibadan,North and East respectively,it was on the last day we got to know Lagos venue as been concluded,we rush here asking for the venue/Date of the one going to be held in Ibadan only to be told now that the one for Ibadan has been concluded last week.I will not be surprice if people has already started for North region only to come here to ask us how the one in the north went.I wonder if people believe that gatecrashers will block their chance or what?FBN will attend to the legal invitees before considering others, why not assist your fellow? How I wish those set of past nairalanders were here.

Most of us in this forum did interview since last year August and we are yet to hear from the bank talk less of giving information we don't have. Sincerely speaking we are not interested on what is going on because of the absolute silent and feedback from fbn. On the information you are giving i'm just aware of it. sorry and wish you all the best.

Good day my people. Any news from FBN? This waiting game is frustrating o! Heard they even want to reduce their staff strenght. How true is this, in view of their daily calls for assessments and interviews? Six months gone since my interview in PHC yet no response. God please come to our aid.
Re: First Bank Strategic Recruitment by joelssica: 2:05pm On Jun 28, 2013
My peeps, let's just occupy ourselves with other things. FBN takes pleasure in taking their time apparently. But please don't fail to update d house on any info.

Thanks.
