Yes you can. Let them write a letter of sponsorship for you and submit it to the embassy with other documents.

You only get it withing this periods you put up here if you apply for SVP and that is if your start date is not far from the time you applied for the visa. If not, na normal processing of 3-4 months.

according to citizenship and immigration site,one can get visa 4 months prior to resumption

She's called immigration, same thing. School starts in July. She hasn't even gone for medicals.

Write to the school and ask if you can defer the admission. Only the school can answer this one as some courses can be deferred whilst others cant. Write to flinders
