Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Chacal: 4:02am On Mar 22, 2008 |
@ Stillwater, Stop dissing our men. They are the truest, realest and finest. Haven't u noticed how other African countries(women) run after Nigerian men in numbers? We must be doing sumthing right!!! However, Naija women? OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are fake, they front, they flaunt and blow things outta proportion. In all honesty, an average Naija chic sucks. Its shocking. @ Danity, U agree? |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by faketan(m): 4:02am On Mar 22, 2008 |
stillwater:because walls have ears. You have a close friend who has a close friend who has a close friend who has a close friend she trusts, and one of the trusted close friends in the chain of trusted close friend happens to be me |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by danity: 4:05am On Mar 22, 2008 |
@ Chacal - not again. Naija women are fake - yes. But what of Naija men? We are not delving into this again. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Chacal: 4:08am On Mar 22, 2008 |
@ Danity, Naija men? So original. . . . no short-cuts about Nigerian men. They are always on point and they plumb straight to the point. No monkey business at all. Naija women? Goshhhhhhhhhhhhh . . . . I will let stillwater confess to what they know how to do best. . . . . |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by TheSly: 4:14am On Mar 22, 2008 |

Re: Black Romance Is Boring by danity: 4:17am On Mar 22, 2008 |
Sly! Chacal - what da? It is only naija guys that i've ever seen who want to emulate Jamaicans. Even Jamaicans don't want to emulate themselves. Naija boys sagging, popping collars. Posing in friends' cars. Please! |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Nobody: 4:19am On Mar 22, 2008 |
because walls have ears. mmmmhh, and they say men don't gossip @ Stillwater, I am not dissing Nigerian men, just retaliating at your snide remarks Where do you meet your naija women sef? You need to check yourself, your tastes are alarming if this is what you come across everyday. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Chacal: 4:25am On Mar 22, 2008 |
@ Danity, Sagging pants?? Popping collars?? Doo-rags/starter caps?? It's still better than what i have seen with me own naked eyes. How do u explain Naija chics wearing knee-length boots in 40 degrees Lagos temperature?? What about the whole Beyonce outfit? Low rise jeans showing dirty undies? Do u know how many chics that got apprehended when the Lagos State governor was having none of it no more? @ Stillwater, My taste? Don't letz go there at all. But. . . . .be rest assured ma taste are Class A eggs of WAITROSE. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by faketan(m): 4:27am On Mar 22, 2008 |
stillwater:Yes they don't. You could have guessed that the friend of hers that told me was a woman. Will u close ur ears? |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by TheSly: 4:30am On Mar 22, 2008 |
Danity!. . . . We are so original at least most of us. . . Naija ladies with their fake n garrulous nature. . . Always wanna imitate. . . . C'mon is it by force to imitate? why can't y'all be ur natural self? Let's face it danity. . .we both know this is the truth. . .Naija ladies are fake!!! so damn fake!!! |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Nobody: 4:30am On Mar 22, 2008 |
Mayne no doubt about it. . . I admit there are a lot of fake girls but check yourself, you attract fakes and you're complaining, please How do u explain Naija chics wearing knee-length boots in 40 degrees Lagos temperature. But you guys still go after them. Abeg don't group me in that category . Some girls are behaving foolishly doesn't mean all are . Yes they don't. You could have guessed that the friend of hers that told me was a woman. There's nothing wrong in closing your ears. Next time say NO to your friend, it is very easy |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by danity: 4:33am On Mar 22, 2008 |
At least those are dress trends to make them look more appealing to their men. How is popping your collar supposed to be enticing? Naija men too show their boxers - what is good for the goose, is good for the gander abi? Doo-rags - what are they using it for? Accent-wise, have you heard a naija guy try to speak in a jamo way. It's disgraceful i tell ya. I'd rather get a bunch of innits than hear a naija guy try to say "yeah mon". Sly, let's face it - Naija men are huge wannabes, well a lot of them. Why can't they be themselves? Why do they lie about what they do? Some of them say they are engineers only to find out that they drive buses. It's a sad thing. You're one of the very few unconfused naija guys then. Keep up with your cool self. You'll find a naija girl to match your style One who wouldn't wear Boots in Lagos. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Chacal: 4:38am On Mar 22, 2008 |
@ stillwater, Don't get it twisted. The fact that we know these things don't mean we attract fake chics. Besides, how do u spot a fake one from a distance? Is the word FAKE tattooed on their greasy foreheads?? You never which of em will turn from Azeezat to Cassie. . . . . The snag is, these girls don't front within themselves but once a guy calls their cellfones. . . Ijebu accents change rapidly to British. Its possible u may not know about these things but IT'S REAL. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by 4Him(m): 4:41am On Mar 22, 2008 |
Will anyone of the ladies here please help me out with this pet peeve of mine. Why do black sisters wear unwieldy wigs in a bid to have long hair? I see blond weave-ons, blue weaves, stiff horse hair, matted braids . . . why? Sometimes the roots are visible, you can see the points were the false hair was glued on, for some it looks almost like a wig . . . And they expect a brother to be romantic? |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by faketan(m): 4:44am On Mar 22, 2008 |
4Him:yea Including plus unkept hair |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Chacal: 4:49am On Mar 22, 2008 |
Obviously, it is part of their fake world. Wigs/Weave-ons. . . . .even when they look naturally unkempt, there's always an avenue for em to deceive us MEN. Wonderbra to make the boobs go bazooka. Butt-pads to shapen the ass. Girldes to compress the protuding bellies. . . .A man needs to examine carefully or else he may be getting a fake product. Acrylic nails to mask their weather-bitten nails. Different types of make-up kits to change the whole face. . . . .They r so different to what u actually see when they are dressed up. Their true self is when they wake up in the morning. Everything about em is just FAKE. . . FAKE and FAKE. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Nobody: 4:53am On Mar 22, 2008 |
@ stillwater, You dey craze ooo . I don't have much female friends, the ones I know are not fake Will anyone of the ladies here please help me out with this pet peeve of mine. You have come. You better be satisfied with those hair types you do not want to see some women without them . Natural hair is very hard to maintain for your information. black women on blonde is a no no. As I said you guys should check yourself and stop attracting fake girls |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by danity: 4:53am On Mar 22, 2008 |
What da heck? Chacal - how could you? Why do bald men have hair plugs? Don't men find these things attractive sometimes? It's not a matter of being fake - it goes back to the matter of being well dressed for your man. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by TheSly: 4:54am On Mar 22, 2008 |
I admit there are a lot of fake girls but check yourself, you attract fakes and you're complaining, pleaseNot that i attract fakes!. . . .it is what i see daily Sum of 'em doesn't even know how to 'cat-walk' . . . . They would be walking like someone who's been shot !!!!!!!! Is it by force!? Sly, let's face it - Naija men are huge wannabes, well a lot of them. Why can't they be themselves? Why do they lie about what they do? Some of them say they are engineers only to find out that they drive buses. It's a sad thing. Ahhhh! Danity . . .which k.inda peepz u roll with? bus drivers? lol. . I see thats why u have been reiterating that naija men are wannabeez. . no wonder! Lets get sum straight. . . Naija men are highly respected world-wide U dont believe me? u need to see how them whites. . Hispanics. . .Brazilians,Caucz. . et all are after our tails . . Beat that. . .because they know what we are worth!. . . Y'all don't know what y'all are missing. . . .for real u r missing out big time Chill with the real naija dudes and i bet ya. . u'd come back here to sing praise n worship songs for them naija men!

Re: Black Romance Is Boring by danity: 4:58am On Mar 22, 2008 |
®~^Sly^~®: Lol - trust me. I'm working on the chilling with real naija dudes aspect . Some naija dudes are cool, others are not. Those that are not are so fake that it drives you crazy. Those that are cool are down to earth and really nice to be with. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by faketan(m): 4:59am On Mar 22, 2008 |
®~^Sly^~®: You are making me feel. . . . ok my name is FAKE TAN. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Nobody: 5:01am On Mar 22, 2008 |
Obviously, it is part of their fake world. Chacal are you not the one screaming here that the woman should look good for her husband? And Why is it that men still fall for us if you are already aware of the fake assessories? A man that cheats on his wife often doesn't go for the omo alatas but the same women you call fake, give me a break!!!!!!!!!! |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by merge(f): 5:02am On Mar 22, 2008 |
@ Chacal Why do Nigerian men have sense? Their is a Nigerian women that raised them right. Do not be disrespectful. Also the father but since you were rude I just stating the Nigerian mother. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by 4Him(m): 5:03am On Mar 22, 2008 |
There are 4 things i look for in a woman physically first: Face Boobs Hips Hair The typical black sista thinks that once she has humongous boobs and good hips she's good to go. Too much make-up is a red flag that the face (in the morning) is perhaps not a pleasant sight to behold). Hair? Dont get me started . . . even those who pretend to go natural, the hair is stiff and sometimes stringy. You touch them and u cringe. I will admit, one thing i like most about white females is running ur fingers through their hair . . . dont try it with a black sista, u'll have all the glue on ur fingers. |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by TheSly: 5:05am On Mar 22, 2008 |
danity: The likes of moi. . . . .Cool i know that fo' sure |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by danity: 5:07am On Mar 22, 2008 |
Lol - Sly, you're the one telling me that. I'm not so sure about it since you're up here dissing naija girls anyhow calling them fake. @ 4him, that was a low blow. the hair and glue thing. Don't you watch America's Next Top Model? White girls have weaves too!. You want Long hair - we use weave on, so what? |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Nobody: 5:08am On Mar 22, 2008 |
The typical black sista thinks that once she has humongous boobs and good hips she's good to go. Look at this guy oo!!! Don't you know our hair texture differ, don't blame us blame God!!!!!! Not that i attract fakes!. . . .it is what i see daily Sly you have to understand that certain shoes require a certain kind of walk. There are different kind of babes, remove your fake seeing glasses and see real babes |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Nobody: 5:10am On Mar 22, 2008 |
I braid and fix weave-on, any guy that doesn't like it should stop being jealous of me and fix his own weave-on |
Re: Black Romance Is Boring by Chacal: 5:12am On Mar 22, 2008 |
Glue on your fingers and sometimes black dye. You will be lucky if they don't stain your immaculate white sheets with their whatchumacallit. All i keep hearing is Africans have nappyheads. . . . If the hair is wild, please shave it completely!!!! @ Stillwater, Are u trying to say there's no Naija chic that has got all these things naturally? I don't want to believe that. . . . . The mentality is the key. Every Naija chic believes she needs a long hair, the whole make-up shebang, wonderbra, girdles, butt-pads and all other paraphernelia. The most annoying thing is they even dictate the kind of men they want. What right has a Naija Chic with no hair on her head got to say she cannot date a bald, pot-bellied or short guy? Blimey. . . . .everything about a Naija girl is fake. . . . .the vertically-challenged ones even cover their heights with high heels. What can a guy do? We got nuthing to hide. . . . . and we have been forced to accept all these nonsense. Life is so unfair, it sucks. @ merge, Of course. I am not disrespecting Nigerian women as a whole but i am dissing the present generation of chics. Why can't they follow the footsteps of the women back in the days. Afro or let em just plait their hair like village women. . . . . It is what we see that we will be forced to deal with. Afterall, i don't wear a fake hair. . . .Naija men don't do anything fake. . . . so why should this women go fake? |
