Maxymilliano: Well, the court is simply interpreting and implementing our current statutes . . But yet, a consistent and abnormal order been followed is simply not an excuse. Al Mustafa could carry out certain heinous act on behalf of his boss cos he had enormous power and rein to do that; and still claim he was following an order. The appeal court has given her verdict . |

beylinko: Good for him, enough troubles have circled round his head already. I wont be surprised seeing him at the polls contesting for the governorship position of his state come 2015.Seems possible cos someone even won an election from the prison in the past. Everything is possible in Naija! |

In my opinion, the judges/govt got this one right. However i am not disputing the fact that he is killer. But Obj killed,Gowon killed and likewise IBB.So what is good for the goose is good for the gender. He should 'go and sin no more'. |

The North is forver ahead of us in politics, these move was carefully planned. Why wasn't he set free when Yar'adua was in power, The Northern leaders, be it Traditional, Political, Business, religious, they have one interest in common the North, I remove cap for this pple. You won't see the dem doing Rotimi and Goodluck style of fight. If u can recall, Bamanga wanted to start this type of fight with Sokoto and Adamawa Gov, una hear anytin relating to their fight again? Dem don call Bamanga to order. Mtsswww! North smfh 4 Likes |

Fair judgement for a man who was about to be made a scapegoat for the atrocities of an atrocious era, while his paymasters continue to flourish in the corridors of power. Shame on IBB, Abdulsalam, Jerry Useni and the rest of them who were all senior players in that era but chose to sacrifice a mere foot soldier like Al-Mustapha to assuage the thirst of Nigerians for justice. May the souls of Kudirat and all the other martyrs of democracy rest in perfect peace. 2 Likes |
