The charge for Gt bank is N1000 which is approximately $7 per withdrawal and it works very well used it previously in Europe.

The maxium withdrawal is about N150,000 though I never really withdrew up to the maximum amount because I mainly used the account for pos transactions due to the withdrawal charges.

I don't know about UBA master card I have used only GT bank master card and First bank Visa Gold card and both were vey efficient.
I usually advise cards from first, Gt and zenith bank.
