Against 2015, the choice of opposition.s candidate will play a major role. there are 2 scenarios.

1. A NW or NC candidate and SS VP candidate
2. A NW or NC candidate and SW VP candidate.

Scenario 1 can guarantee Northern vote, divide SS vote and SW will depend on the choice of candidate
Scenario 2 will outrightly guarantee northern and SW votes, leaving GEJ with only SS and SE.

For Scenario 1 to fail in SW, opposition must have chosen Buhari has candidate. Even the combo of Jesus and mohammed cannot sell him to SW. He is seen as a religious bigot, though he appears to be upright. That is all about perception, that a good PR can change overnight. Possible candidates are Lamido/Tambuwal/David Mark and Amaechi.
