Chrigo,

Believe me! I knw an agent in nija who collected 50k to get admission for a Lambton fellow. I knw wot am saying.

D amt is nt even d issue but Lambton shd nt ask pips to pay tru agents.....its very wrong. All admission process shd be strictly btw 2 parties Lambton n d aspiring student. A 3rd party is nt needed!

That 50k is Maple general fee for admission to any school.if you feel what Lambton is doing is wrong.foreit the admission and apply to another school.there are so many good schools in canada that accept applicant's application.and lambton assigned all their applicants to ONLY Maple from what I have been reading here.

kennycooly: tnx, my dad own a landed property wiv a houz on it tho but its not in my name o, can i use dat or how can it b converted to mine as u said? and secondly, if i talk to company for a leta of promising employment, will i not explain how the company got to know how i am travelling 4 studies abroad?

About d transfer.....it depends on how many siblings u av n ur position in d family.
Abt the job.....since u said u just started working (if am nt mistakenly), u can state dat in ur app, n also state wat u av bn doin since u graduated,so a company promising u work can b justified if only u can think very well n work out ur plans.

The 50k is maple's professional fee and that's if you wne use them, if you're referred to them from lambton one only has to pay, lambton's application fee which is equivalent to 8k in naira nothing more. Except one feels like dashing den extra 42k sha

Hi Emperoracro, please can you clarify further inline, for the below recommendation as highlighted, first option, What kind of evidence is
required to be provided for a family property like building that was converted for one.
emperoracro:

1) If u av any family landed property, u can av it converted to urs
2) U can also procure landed properties
3) Go n get married
4) u can talk to any company to give u a leta promisin to employ u upon graduation

...Visa application is case by case basis... some take less than 2months... some longer... I can't realy give an average... it depends on how u package ur application.... How much verificationt they need to do and how fast they get back to them.... and it depends on how quick u get what they request done....

Hey.

Study Visa Applications from Nigeria are processed at CIC Accra, Ghana as of now. It was 5 weeks but it's 9 weeks (as of July 22nd) which is probably due to the subsequent increase in the amount of application processed.

double08: I just got employed last month. 01-07-14 to be precise. Is it advisable I state it on my visa app?

2nd qstn. I can get a letter of verification from my employer stating my salary and all. Is this necessary?

Thanks
Get the letter and also state it if there's provision for it. It will aid your app.
