Elliptical Trainer - 15 mins
Step-Ups: Vigorous - 20 mins (rest/stretch legs for 2 mins(3x) whenever tired)
Dumbbell Chest press 3x15
Dbs Lateral Raises 3x15
Dumbell Triceps Kick Backs 3x15
Seated Torso Twists with dbs 3x15
Bicycles crunches 3x15
Alternating Dbs Biceps curls 3x15
Static Lunges with Dbs grip rows 3x15
Pushups 2x15

Both shins hurt moderately


Food Logs

BF - 100g bread + 2 eggs + 1 cup coffee + 2 cubes sugar + 1/2 orange

Mid - 1 glass yoghurt

Mid - 5 pieces of garden eggs

Mid - 7 pieces of coated peanuts

Dinner - 2 piece fish pepper soup (tillapia) + 1 can Farouz Drink + 1 piece local cheese

you can say that again my sister, you know am always on the lookout for challenges. Its supposed to be 12 weeks weights, I hope I can. Actually if I dont get bored, I will. If not, I go dash them the remaining, lol.

@ hour glass, jeez ow do u do doz exercises in a day n u dnt get worn out. Pls wot oda exercise can I do at home in the evenin. Cos I dnt even look like some dat av reduced at all. Also my arms are big and I read on net that if I use dumb bells it will reduce but its 2weeks now n no changes. I have 3 more weeks to loose 5kg and I need it fast.

hi ya'all jus gt bak frm a trip. went 2 no gym, but did a lot of walkin and sigt seeing. kai i so tired i acnt even do taebo self. ill jus wait till monday n beginagain. i jus hope ve nt added weigt oh cos if i chek d scale n ve added eh! it wnt be funny. lol hw r u guys doin. can see gals r still keepin it up.


@ sima babe dnt worry. losin weight is a slow but sure process. i also av bout 6kg to lose be4 september but im like wats d rush. jus eat healthy n excersice really well. take ur mind of ur weight n do wat u av 2 do. den wen u chek d scale again ull see changes. u could try taebo exercises 2. dey help

@guys pls wat exercises can i use 2 warm up. cos i feel kinda stiff but dnt av strength for billibank's jumping.

@siMAa type taebo workout on youtube dere r various ones. u culd get d dvd 2. ask hg bout dat 1. d aerobics help. den in liftin weights u shld eat proteins 2 dey help build muscles den try restin ur muscles. alt. btwn taebo n weight lifting. dnt 4get fruits n water dey fill u up n reduce 2 much calories. again hg is d heavy weight champion ere im followin er steps.... grin wink

My food logs yesterday (the only thing I remembered taking was yogurt, yogurt and more yogurt).

Today

Morning - Noodles + eggs (fried) 2 cups

Mid - 1 fried meat, 1/2 glass of yogurt

Mid - one local cheese

Afternoon - 1 cup noodles + eggs

Dinner - 3 slices of yam + stew + small piece of meat


Weighed in this morning at 78.6kg (2kg gain) shocked shocked shocked. Well if you ask me, too many factors including food, it was my time of the month last week too and finally the weights. I felt they all played a good role in adding to the weights. I will be doing the weights and maybe the measurements next week too. A new week starts tomorrow, take care and be focused/determined.

^aha, don't trust that scale, it's evil.

It will tell you, you have gained weight even though your nyash has disappeared and your bones and ribs are sticking out.


I have been having issues with sleep and lack of appetite I can't even fast. I don't want my body to go into starve mode.

Erm, well today I only managed to shove down a handful of m&ms and a packet of walkers crisps.

I don't weigh my self, I calculate how much I have lost or gain by looking in the mirror.

I looked in the mirror today and there is obvious weightloss around my chest and rib area.

I am going now to make some fried eggs and sausages.

You do not have to be in a hurry dear. You will soon see the results and you will be happy with it. If I may ask, what are you lossing weight for? 5kg in 3 weeks is possible with this kind of fast that you are into and trust me everything will definitely reduce as you want it. Yes you can do weights to tone up those arms too, it will help and try to lift the heavy ones too. Everyone gets done in a heavy workout session but because there is an end of all what and why you do this, a will helps you to go on. Personally, working out also excites me a lot when in the mood. Take care and continue with your fast.
